They called me an hour before they arrive on time. Introduced themselves and explained to me the work to do. Then they got down to business. Upon completion of their job, I went and checked after them and expressed my concerns about the job they performed. They agreed to go back with me and clean again the floor vents without arguing but a bit reluctant. In the end, I was satisfied and thanked them.

The guys that came out were very nice and friendly but we ended up canceling the service because they did not have the right equipment to clean all the ducts. Some of our supply vents are narrower and they did not have attachments that can fit in order to clean them. The price they gave me was very competitive and that is why we decided to go with them but we ended up losing our time and had to wait another couple of days to find a different company.

This is the first time I have ever had my air ducts clean, so I don't have anything to gauge service by but I tried to get a clue about add on services before they arrived (after reading reviews) and was pretty much told it was rare to have add on's. After only a few minutes I it was strongly suggested I add on a brush service to the cleaning - which was fine since the 70 yr old vents had never been cleaned. Later it was strongly suggested I have them sanitized due to rust and mold in my furnace- The furnace cleaner had just been out and said everything was looking fine. Other than some dust and cobwebs under the furnace housing I could not see rust or mold. The man was prompt, courteous and the vents looked spotless once he was done.

The company responded within 15 minutes after I opened the progect, and have arrived within 1 hour after, did a great job, and were done in about 2 hours. One thing to remember is to keep one filter installed at the blower compartment. The technicians will need that filter to trap the debris. I am not sure why they do not bring a filter with them in case the owner removed theirs, but I understand different houses have different filters, and they cannot carry spare filters of all possible sizes with them, so it is understandable.

The company sent a sub-contractor who had a very aggressive and abrasive style. He was very abrupt and kept on adding charges for extras without proper explanation or justification. For an initial duct cleaning for $189 to which I had agreed, I ended up with a $540 payment! I felt cheated to say the least!

The price quoted wound up being $160.00 more because their quote supposedly only covered the vents not returns. I thought it was all part of the same system.

When the appointment was set up I was told that they would be able to take pictures of the inside of my ducts to determine if there was mold or other conditions I should be aware of. When the technicians showed up they did not have any equipment to do this.
