I was happy with the duct cleaning. However, they mentioned mold in my vents, which after doing the research I realized was not present. I was not too happy with the additional money I had to pay.

They were ver efficient, resolved some big issues for me so well worth the extra money and peace of mind.

Service Tech. Eddy and his co-worker (name unknown) exceeded my expectations with the work (dryer duct cleaning) that they performed at my residence.

I was running late at my job. This contractor was nice enough to come a half hour later to accommodate my crazy schedule. He completely cleaned out my dryer vent and put everything that he moved back into place EXACTLY where it was. Then, he looked at the vents around my home. I have just moved in; but have never been warm enough here. He SHOWED ME WHY: the vents had not been cleaned in over 10 years! Little plastic took, dust and dirt were clogging up my vents and furnace. He asked my permission first, then cleaned EVERYTHING that we had looked at. Did I expect to pay that much? No. However, now my home is WARM. My dryer is working perfectly and I feel great about the whole experience. :)

The technician was willing to go the extra mile.

Very polite and professional. Hard workers and efficient. They do give you a flat rate for BASIC duct cleaning. Then do try and sell more services when they arrive.

I was disappointed that they hadn't told me about the additional charge for removing mold when I called them. The $249 price they quoted me was a winter "sale" but it did not include mold removal/sanitation. I feel they should have given me complete pricing info initially.

I was fine withthe work they did but I did feel like they tried to upsell me on other items

Very responsive, professional, transparent, and affordable! It was really helpful that they were able to show a video of my current duct system and the mold that had been growing before asking if we would like it removed and sanitized. I am grateful to them for a job well done and being so straight forward! Will recommend and use in future!

THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND CLEARLY EXPLAINED EVERYTHING. IF YOU WOULD LIKE COMPRESSED AIR DUCT CLEANING, YOU NEED TO REQUEST THIS, IN ADVANCE, FROM THEIR SUBCONTRACTOR.

My ducts had never been cleaned (35 years). Found mold in the furnace duct and a bird nest in the dryer vent. Eric cleaned it all out.

I have tried to get some answers after service because the company who did the job more or less left a bill more than 2 times higher suposedly because of mold in a tiny system for 2 rooms and the invoice was not in the name Safe House. I can only supose that these were subcontracters which I said in an email before hiring I do not want at all ! They did the best to keep in their 1 hour time frame per unit even though they had to remove mold at one system and no matter how many vents there are. Many were not removed because they said they would destroy parts if they do so ... Left cigarets out in the yard were there car was parked, not happy. Safe House so far did not answer to my questions while or after service.

I had a very hard time getting a written estimate from this company. Then overcharged adding on things that were never discussed. The cleaning was not done with equipment that had a sweeping system. Just a big dry vac and small hand brush. The next day the furnace was checked it was filthy, Obviously it was not done correctly. I asked to talk to the owner and did not receive a call back. Only after I disputed the transaction did I get a call from the worker, not the owner. I insisted on speaking with the owner. He kept the worker on the phone and pitted us against one another on the work and the estimate. Very unprofessional.

Definitely recommend this company for your air ducts and dryer vent cleaning. Great pricing.

They were professional, and on time.

Just wow. Put in the request on home advisor at about 7:30am; 24-ft long dryer vent was cleaned by 1:30pm today. Responsive, and the crew was exceptionally knowledgeable and took time to explain to me what they were doing. having not had this done yet, the cost for an hour of work seemed a bit on the high side, but I really had no idea what this would cost to begin with. and, given the lightning fast reaction time, happy to pay it. will have them back to our whole duct system in the spring.
