Tripled quoted price on the day of cleaning, however their working crew did provide quality work. If not the dishonest pricing practice, this could be a great service experience: Provides a clean duct for the house I am moving into.

Very professional, I would use them again

I didn't see a category for vent cleaning. We have a smoker and trying to alleviate the smell was important. I believe the vent cleaning and sanitizing was helpful, albeit expensive. I do believe it helped. It was expensive but worth it. The team was very late for the appointment, so be patient.

The team showed up on time. Called ahead and worked diligently to clean the ducts and problem solve any issues that surprised us. They were professional, courteous and polite. It was expensive, but I had 14 feet of ducts work cleaned, a birds nest evicted and the area sanitized and a protective cage installed. That is a lot of work. I would absolutely recommend this company.

A crew of two technicians, Tony and Johnathan, arrived on time as scheduled and efficiently cleaned our ducts in a highly professional manner. They were very pleasant, well mannered and congenial. They left contact information for any future questions or service needs. We intend to use their services in the future and recommend Safe House when asked by neighbors in our community.

Oh. My. Goodness. Never before have a dealt with a more pushy company! We're talking multiple phone calls and text messages per day until I responded to an email (which I thought was from a different company). I didn't realize it was these pushy guys until they showed up at the door. They didn't have the bird guard I requested but said if I prepaid for it they'd come back in the next couple days to install it, and I didn't even need to be home. It's been a week and I see no sign of a bird guard having been installed. That said, even with the imaginary bird guard it was still less expensive than many other places, so the "value for money" is not terrible.

Once they arrived, they were quite professional and courteous. One of the technicians gave some sound about my filters and preventive maintenance when it came to my ducts and vents.

This felt like more of a scam than a professional cleaning. They of course found the infamous Mold they like to scare people into paying more to get rid of, then proceeded to offer to do the mold treatment - brushing out the mold and spraying with substandard equipment, with no testing, for $1000, THEN they could install a UV light to decrease mold production, I declined this light - when I looked it up I was glad because it is now for sale on amazon for $90. They missed several vents telling me i did not have any upstairs - when there were two, that and 2 in my kitchen they did not do anything with. After feeling pressured into agreeing to the mold treatment watching them do a substandard job and paying they were about to leave and not even mention that they had damaged my wall/paint when attempting to put the vent cover back up. At that point I just wanted them out of my house and asked them to leave.

Very highly recommend them they were very knowledgable, did the work in a good clean timely manner. explained problems and fixed. Tony the main Tech was very clear with his explainations. would have this same team back again every time.

They did not have attachment for my furance filter so I had to buy a new one and it was only a week old. It costs 35 each because specialty allergy filter. That was a real bummer. Otherwise ok

Arrived earlier than expected. Explained services fully. Work was of excellent quality. No issues. Great job.

The technicians showed up on time, did a great job cleaning all of the air vent on the floor (there are so many of them in our house!). The lead technician did a great job explaining what they were doing and educating us on how to get a cleaner and better airflow in the house by changing HVAC filter more frequently. The only think I'm not 100% satisfied is that they only cleaned one return air inlet, and I noticed that there is another returning air vent in the dinning room which they didn't get to (I missed it but they are the pros).

I would use them again if I need their services.

The work was done quickly and cleanly. It was not the original team that was supposed to come at 11am. At 2pm I called and learned that the original team had gotten stuck on a project where the resident had not cleaned the vents for 20 years. Understandable, but I like to be kept in the loop. Another team was found and sent.
