The customer service representative is excellent.

I was very satisfied with this company. They came out and did an estimate on a Saturday and got me on the schedule for the following Tuesday. Unfortunately the color I chose postponed the project to Thursday but that's understanding. They got my patio done in one day and did great work. It was exactly what I asked for. The only complaint I had was they accidentally damaged my downspout and got concrete on my siding (which should wash off). I was also pleased to see the owner showed up 10 mins after the crew left to double check their work. They also were very fast in sending me the estimate and contract, and kept me informed about the project delays.

Excellent customer service; responded quickly to provide an estimate. Project manager provided specifics regarding work plan. Two men who did the work were excellent. Did a great job patching and resurfacing pool coping.

Ideal customer experience: contractor was responsive, scheduling was straightforward, and work was done promptly and well. In particular, Sammy, the crew chief, was a delight to work with. He brought experience and taste, and was willing to make recommendations that improve the outcome.

They returned at a later date and reapplied the product to cover up the staining. I asked about sealing it this time to prevent staining from happening again. We agreed on a price.Sealing is not included but it needs to be sealed to prevent staining. I never heard from them again and I left several messages to set up an appointment for sealing. I finally researched sealing concrete and did it myself for 80 dollars. They were charging 250.

These people were amazing! They responded almost instantly to both emails and calls; actually came to do the estimate early, showed up precisely when they said they would and quickly did the work. The workmen doing the job were extremely pleasant and one even helped me move something heavy while they were waiting for the concrete to dry! And - he had a smiled on his face while he did it.

I was very pleased with the work that was done on my front stoop. It was a small project but, they treated it as impottant as they would with a large project. They took pride in their work. Sammy took the lead and was polite and professional. They cleaned up the area and maded sure I was pleased before they left. I would hire them again.

Very responsive. High quality. Front stoops,landing, steps resurfaced. Company called/emailed almost immediately to set up appointment for estimator. Estimator arrived on time. Estimate received within an hour. Price similar to others. Work started and completed 14 days after agreement signed (if my schedule had permitted, company would have scheduled 7 days earlier). Workers arrived at established time of 8AM, worked efficiently and professionally patched concrete, applied base layer, and finish layer. They were polite, answered any questions, and asked that I inspect their work, readily fixed a couple of small places I pointed out. When finished, they cleaned up thoroughly. Rated a 4 for value for money only because, will need to see if holds up during winter freezing/thawing cycles. Overall, I was very impressed and would recommend the company.
