The best kind of contractor is one who does what they say they were going to do. Clean up after themselves at the end of the job and be respectful to the job site and people around them as best possible. Assuming the concrete holds and no issues after, this was an uneventful experience worthy of 5 star feedback. Thank you guys.

Not sticking to the contracted job process. Price changed for the contracted materials and had to pay extra. Clean up after finishing wasn t done properly.

Kirsten, the GM, called and met me quickly to give me a good quote. On the day of the appointment the crew showed up and was knowledgeable and did a great job. If I have any other concrete work I will definitely call them again!

Do not pay in full until you are fully satisfied with the job. Also their lack of follow up was very poor to complete the project in its entirety. Following our complaint the company made effort to complete the work.

The crew did great job however they asked me to take care of the trash as I took them to dump yard. I had to finish the pavers-edging as they were hurry leaving for the day. I had to wash the remaining concrete off the sidewalk with my own power wash equipment. They did not do the contract as stated to finish the task.

This company did a great job repairing/cleaning my driveway/walkway, however due to a variety of reasons, they kept postposing the start date which was a bit of inconvenience/annoying. But in the end the work was good so was worth the wait. They did knock off a bit of the price in compensation for the inconvenience.
