Jason clearly understood what the issue was and provided an honest opinion on what my options were. Wasted no time on gimmicks or rodeos: told me straight up what needed to be done without trying to up-sale, gave me a decent, honest cost estimate, and got to work right away. Superb job!

Jason and his crew were able to identify where my chimney was leaking. With the help of very good photos, Jason was able to explain exactly what work and materials were needed to fix my leak. They were able to give a ballpark estimate and (most importantly) was one of the few contractors that provided me with a written estimate. Some of the contractors that were bidding on the job did not even bother to give me a written estimate. The work itself was done professionally and on time. The chimney cap and mortar joints all looked perfect. Overall, I will not hesitate to use Real1Construction, LLC for future projects.

Jason at Real1Construction was excellent to work with from beginning to end. He fixed a leak in our roof and was very thorough from the estimate, including pictures of the roof and what needed to be fixed, to performing the actual repair. He included a 3 year warranty and agreed to transfer the warranty to new owners when we contacted him, as we were selling our house. We highly recommend Jason and his company.

Jason and team took the time to come back well after our roof was installed to cripple check all sealants and casings. Real1 Construction also installed 8 new skylights that were over 30 years old. We are very pleased with the work done by Real1 Construction and would hire them again in a heartbeat for other projects (which we have done).

A fast and decent job.

I needed to replace my entire roof and reached out to them based on other reviews. Jason responded immediately and someone was at my house the very next week to provide me with an estimate. Their pricing was very reasonable based on the area and project and they were willing to work with me on a couple of different payment methods. Actual installation took a day after materials were delivered and the installers cleaned up everything before they left. I contacted Jason a few months later about a leak in my roof, their supervisor came to my house on the next clear day, examined my roof, and found out the leak was actually caused by one of my old roof vents. They then sealed my ventâ even though it was not their fault at all. Communication, price, punctuality, and standing by their work. What more can you ask for in a roofing company?

This was my first time hiring a worker to work on my first home. Iâ ve known Jason personally for over 15 years. And heâ s always been an honest and straight forward person. He goes out his way to take care of anyone weather if itâ s business or not. The worker he sent to fix my door was on time, he did great work, he was reasonably priced, and he repaired my damaged door as if nothing happened. Overall great experience and would definitely recommend my friends and family for any needed home improvement work throughout the DMV area.
