Mustafa and his team renovated our 2br, 2 ba and replaced carpet and new paint. They installed new cabinets, granite counter tops, new designer cabinets, and floorings. The did a fantastic job, were professional and courteous. Mustafa provided me with a detailed estimate, and cost did not change!

Had a horrible experience with Potomac Kitchen and Bath for a possible bathroom remodel, first the design consultant (E. Szlavin) was 30 minutes late, without calling or notification of tardiness. Upon arrival, we went into the bathroom so she could take a look at it. Within 30 seconds she asked me what was my budget and said I just do not want to waste your time, I was a bit taken back by this because I have had 3 other consultants come to assess my bathroom for a remodel, where they would give me a quote the next day or maybe the evening. I am African American and I hope her assumption that I cannot afford to pay for a bathroom remodel was not based upon the color of my skin, because I do not have the ability to know what is in the heart and minds of people. But I thought it was peculiar, because the other consultants that have come before her asked me more generalized questions such as tile preferences, and desired vanities. Anyway, between her being late and her classless question, I would not recommend this business.

I LOVE my new kitchen! From start to finish, the PK&B team worked with me in a cooperative and highly professional manner. Project costs were fair and reasonable (thousands less than one competitor). Sean, Mustafa, and Matt coordinated with me on every aspect of the project until I was completely satisfied. The crew -- except for one individual -- delivered high quality workmanship and took serious care with prep and clean-up. The work of the exceptional crew member was satisfactorily corrected. (I believe he is no longer with the company.) I recommend PK&B without reservation.

Potomac Kitchen and Bath, LLC just completed a complete master bath remodel at our home, and they did a superb job. The designer, Kevin Cookmeyer, laid out a great plan and helped guide through the selection of the materials. The project manager, Matt, was very attentive and kept us informed throughout the process. The crews were extremely careful of our home as they moved things in and out. Demolition took one day, and all debris was hauled away immediately. This was a completely custom job, and all of the installers were super skilled. The finished bathroom is beautiful, and we are pleased.

Great service from the initial design to the overall management project. Matthew the PM went out of his way to make sure I was pleased and Kevin did amazing job designing bathroom. I could not be happier.

Sean was a great consultant at the PKB office in Falls Church, helping us to select materials and make design decisions. One thing I like is that the cabinets on display are solid wood rather than particleboard, so they are of a good quality. Matt and Mustafa were the project managers for my remodel of a small condominium bathroom. The project was completed in a brisk 13 calendar days. Matt made himself available via phone and text for any of my concerns. I had a particularly difficult issue with cabinetry due to the odd size of my bathroom, and Matt put in the effort to find the necessary items from the manufacturer in order to make it look the best, which we greatly appreciated. The quality of the work is excellent, especially the tiling and cabinetry installation.

PK&B built us a brand new beautiful bathroom! Sean proved to be a a great designer. Matt, a competent project manager, directed his crew from demolition to completion. Matt welcomed our questions and concerns. The crew were excellent craftsmen, polite and at the end of the day would clean the work site and surrounding areas daily.

We are very happy with our master bathroom remodel done by Potomac Kitchen and Bath! From the onset, we were impressed with the overall attention to detail and time invested to meet our needs. Jem, our designer, spent a lot of time listening to our â wish listâ and gathering all the accurate measurements to present a detailed quote for us. He had such great ideas customized for us and we easily made the decision to move forward with the project that day! Once the project began, we were impressed with the coordination of the team of professionals that would be here each day. Matt, our project leader, did a wonderful job of communicating to us when installers would arrive and what to expect. (We have three cats so we really appreciated the notice and respect for our home environment.) The final outcome is greatâ ¦our relatively small bathroom feels spacious with plenty of storage! Potomac Kitchen and Bath did a good job remodeling our kitchens. Matt was a good project manager and we were able to design the kitchen in the way we wanted. Other than these few miscommunications, Potomac Kitchen and Bath did a good job.

Despite the pretty pictures in their gallery this company's work is disastrous!! I found myself babysitting the contractors and managing their work. Please DO NOT HIRE THEM. Don t believe their five star reviews. I am not just a disgruntled client. I am telling you they do poor work. The employees and really nice people. And I almost regret having to tell the truth about my experience with them but I'd rather go have a beer with them than hire them to work on my house.

Mustafa was great. He said two weeks from start to finish and it probably would have finished on time except we (my husband and I) had a few bumps in the road that slowed them down. Mustafa was very accommodating to our schedule and they always left the house clean. Thanks Again!!

This was my first real remodeling project in my home. The one thing I like about Potomac and bath is the response time. The project took longer to complete but I was fine with that because I wanted the project to be done right.

Do not hire this company the whole bathroom need to be redone. The tile work was put in crocked and the grout was all over the tile and the tile was cut uneven and cut with jagged edges. the electrical work was done be an unlicensed worker. The electrical was exposed and the live wires were causing spark and had to hire an electrician to fix. The electrical fan was installed incorrectly. the plumbing was not done correctly according to a professional plumber. The cabinet was missing the top. The paint was all over my molding and baseboard. Has holes in my bedroom walls and took down the mirrors and did not finish the walls and just painted the walls. Had to have a professional to fix all the damages in my bedroom walls and the bathrooms walls. Medicine cabinet was put in incorrectly and has to be redone. Unsupervised professional work and did not speak the language of his workers.

Time frame was excellent. Workers were courteous and professional. Kitchen looks beautiful. The only con I have is that communication was a little difficult as far as letting me know when they would be there to work so it was hard at times to plan my day, but overall I am satisfied with the job.
