Hogan & Sons Tire and Auto – We are a multi-generational family business that provides a full-service solution for all of your automotive and repair needs; ranging from tire replacement and inspections, to maintenance packages. Our story begins in 1984, when John F. Hogan Jr opened our first store in Leesburg, VA. John knew the importance of building relationships with partners and customers alike. He leveraged his history with Goodyear to establish Hogan & Sons as a direct dealer for Goodyear. Today, we remain one of the select few direct dealers in the country, and have expanded our geographical footprint, serving the communities of Fairfax, Falls Church, Herndon, Leesburg, Purcellville, South Riding, Sterling, and Winchester. Although our business has grown, we still value the relationships that we have developed over the 30 years we have been in business. We pride ourselves on providing a personalized relationship with each of our patrons, delivering high-quality workmanship and a customer centric approach that develops a rapport between our team of professionals and your family. At Hogan & Sons, we know that automobile problems can be frustrating and inconvenient. I am sorry to hear that your experience did not exceed your expectations, and lead to your poor rating of our shop. I reached out to our manager, Denis, at our location, who forwarded your history and synopsis of your visit. According to our records, you did indeed come into our shop for tire replacement on 2/18/17 and also purchased the tire protection, which provides a warranty on your tires. Unfortunately, our team never provided an estimate for brakes per the original invoice. We did suggest replacing your thermostat and serpentine belt, but nothing relating to brakes. Prior to your 2/18/17 visit, the last time you brought your vehicle to our shop was 2/17/15, which we provided work at no charge. If you have a moment, Denis would like to speak to you to clarify your position and the work that we provided to you. Please call us at 703-289-9660. Ultimately, we would like you to be completely satisfied with our work. If there is something that needs to be addressed under warranty, we will do just that, assuming the original work was done at our shop.
