Description of Work: No work done. The owner came out for an estimate and explained to me that he could do the work I needed but his fees would be higher. He then directed me to the proper type of company that I should contact...honest guy. Meant a lot to me.

Description of Work: We have a walk out foundation and we were getting a little moisture into the wood floor along the wall. We called this company and Grant come when schedule. We reviewed the problem and within a short period of time he provided reasonable estimate for four different options. We reviewed them and contacted the company is a few days and asked them to proceed. We schedule a time for the work to be done. A crew of four workers arrived when scheduled. They did a FANTISTIC job. Top notch craftsmen, quality work, very professional and friendly. They cleaned up the site so well it was had to see where they worked. We could not be more pleased and I highly recommend them.

Description of Work: Requested the company to come to my home to review water leakage issues in my basement. Scheduled an appointment. At the time of appointment the technician, Grant, did not show up or call. They did not respond to a telephone message I left for the technician and they have not responded to an email I sent. This is poor customer service and I'm very disappointed.

They seeded or laid sod over much of the disturbed ground after finishing. We found it expensive, however they were responsive and conducted the work in a timely fashion.

Description of Work: DES charges a fee to just come to your place to give you an estimate. Dave Robey, came late, and then he gave me a completely lackluster solution. I ended up getting estimates elsewhere that were more likely to solve our problems for free. So I asked Dave for a crew's availability to come and fix my drainage issue in my backyard and he indicated that a crew would not be available for 6 weeks! My reply was I'm not paying for this then and why did you bother to come out if you weren't going to be able to address my issue in a timely fashion. This company is not interested in solving your problem. They just want to keep their people billable.

Description of Work: They provided a basement waterproofing inspection. They gave us some ideas. There were no issues with the visit and the price for the inspection was good.

Description of Work: Solved a drainage issue on the side of my house by installing a French drain and underground piping to the street with pop-ups. Also solved a drainage problem on the side of my garage by putting in a gravel walkway with steppers and creating a divet in the lawn for the water to drain more effectively. They also moved the soil to the front of the house to build up the lawn there to better direct water away from the house. Drainage and Erosion Solutions LLC was professional, and fast. Their work was neat, and all sod was either replaced with new sod or replanted so that the lawn appeared undisturbed. I am very please with the service.
