Ryan Baxter from Riba came to assess what do we need and recommended a product which would meet our needs. He did an excellent job in guiding us through to determine which gutters we need. He was very thorough in explaining to us all the details. Installers came on the date they promised and did an excellent job of installing the gutters. I am very happy with the whole experience.

I was very pleased and would recommend RIBA Construction. The workers were on time and went right to work and finished with a great result.

My rain gutter system broke, and hung off my house after a bad storm. In addition to that, I have a chronic situation where the squirrels keep jumping from the trees and scratching the wood under my roof. It's so very annoying and I've repaired it 3 times only to be scratched out every time. This time I called Riba, and they came by and gave me a cost effective quote on both my gutter repair as well as my roof. They proposed placing pvc where the squirrels like to scratch. At the end of the day, they did a great job on time on time as promised. I plan to use these guys for quite a few projects in the upcoming year.

They were responsive there was miscommunication on the quotes between the owner and another employee. I was quoted two different prices.

Very responsive, enjoyed dealing with Jerry. Job done quickly and professionally. The two service techs obviously knew what they were doing. Was a little more difficult job in sealing HVAC vents in garage to bring home up to code. Hard to tell they were even there. Techs very personable. Even patched some additional holes in the ceiling where I'd hung bikes. Definitely recommend.

The technician arrived on time and looked very professional. The work was completed on time and everything was cleaned after the job. Would recommend without any reservation.

Their flat rate for any service is $650. I wish I had gotten other bids - job should have been around $475. They replaced the rubber flanges around my roof vent stacks 11 months ago and when 2 other roofing companies inspected my roof in Oct 2017 regarding a new and unrelated issue, they both independently and without my prompting took pictures of the roof flanges Riba had installed and warned me that it was very poor workmanship which will likely leak in the future. Shingles had been broken and the lower sides of all the new flanges were nailed on the outside (vs under shingles) with only dabs of caulk over the nail heads. This is not how it should have been repaired according to both other roofing companies (again, in independent inspections and without me mentioned the prior Riba repair at all).

I've used Riba Construction now for three different jobs at my home -- replacing my 45-year old roof, painting my house, and interior drywall repair and painting. On all three jobs, they did a great job, completing each in a timely fashion with quality work. They have their own crews and do not subcontract out work to others. Their crews know what they're doing and I highly recommend Riba Construction for any home construction services.
