The company used excellent products, removed all of the old material, including 3 rotting plywood sheets, all flashing and met code. I chose GAF Timberline architectural shingles. It was done in 1 day and completely cleaned up. This was a 19 square roof job (1900 sq ft). The crew leader, Jose was very helpful, showing me pictures of what he found along the way so I could make real time decisions. His team was great and really spent time to fit everything carefully. Their pricing was very competitive to several other companies that offered about the same materials for more cost. I highly recommend this company for your estimate/decision process.

We were looking to replace the shingles on the roof of our row townhouse along with installing new gutters, and were very happy with the work with did with RIBA construction. The estimator was very professional and low sales pressure, and their estimate was a very fair one. We had to wait a little bit for our project to begin since it was the summer, but we were happy with the project and the final result. Would happily recommend RIBA for roofing and gutter needs.

RIBA construction did a wonderful job of installing our new roof. High quality materials, speedy installation, and a quick turn around from the bidding process to the finished project. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone.

Let me preface my review by saying I don'€™t give gratuitous compliments. If I have a problem with a business, product or service, I'll tell you, so with that said... I can honestly say I don'€™t have one negative thing to say about RIBA'€™s entire process through the completion of my new roof, it could not have been better. I'd done a great deal of research to best prepare for my estimates and as a older female I was not looking forward to them. RIBA was my third estimate when Ryan came out to my home. He was clean cut and professional, personable, funny and made the conversation very enjoyable. He confirmed those things I believed I knew and corrected what I thought I knew. No arrogance or condescendence of any kind. No scripted hard sell at all. In the end I went with the Timberline HD 50 yr shingle. His shingle, underlayment, warranty, price and business integrity won out over the other 3 estimates, so I signed a contract that day. I had decided to replace my roof but had a leak as a result of a storm so Ryan said he would do what he could to get things going as soon as possible. Two hours later I received a call to schedule my material delivery, it arrived at 8:00am the following morning! Yeah, no kidding! My roof was installed the following day! The crew navigated my front landscaping that covers 90% of my small yard and didn'€™t damage a thing with old shingle removal. The crew were also very polite, professional, and respectful of my property. Ryan came back the next evening after installation to see how things went and if I was satisfied with the job, also how/when I would be receiving the warranty information. I also received a call from Yolanda the next morning verifying the warranty information as well. You just simply can'€™t ask for a better experience than that! In the last two years I have worked with 4-5 contractors on various jobs and no one closely compared to the quality of service I received from RIBA. They deserve a stellar review here and I am happy to give it. I will certainly use them again for other jobs and would refer them to anyone. Fast, easy and totally stress-free.

Caulked and resealed skylight in kitchen.

I hired Riba to repair exterior trim and to fix and replace water damaged portico trim in my front door. They came out pricier than other contractors HomeAdvisor located. But I went with them based on HomeAdvisor reviews. They were friendly and they finished the work... eventually.. It took them nearly 3 months to finish what should have been a 3 day job. Scheduling was haphazard to say the least. Crew would show up unannounced. Will leave without giving any updates on where they are. Then nothing for days. Crews changed at least twice. One crew didn't quite know where the other crew had left off. I needed to keep explaining over and over again what was not completed. They tried to explain everything away saying one of pieces they needed to order was not standard. Then the workmanship was amateurish. I needed to call again to get that looking decent. Finally Paul got involved and he did a good job. But Paul hadn't been told about some paint cleanup that really wanted so that wasn't done. They gave some lame reason about paint on brick can only be cleaned up using Muriatic acid which they are not authorized to use. Quick googling revealed other options that could be tried. They didn't even try. By then I was so frustrated I just gave up. It took loads of patience and persistence to get this project even this far. Why would a company with such good reputation damage themselves so badly. I have no idea. But be warned. You could be in for a rough ride.

Riba was prompt and polite, and demonstrated a willingness to do whatever it took to repair my siding and gutters.
