I found that Riba Construction officials and their roofing inspectors were superior in addressing the issues I hired them for. Very responsive and knowledgeable in their tradecraft.

The gentleman from RIBA Construction was very professional and did outstanding work.

Found them to be efficient and prompt. They showed up, took the roof off and completed their work in just a couple of days. Always someone around to supervise the work and even though my insurance company mis-read/mis-measured the number of shingles needed, Riba professionally took care of the mistake.

Can not say enough good about RIBA Construction. Their work was professional, timely, and efficient. The team was extraordinarily friendly and the prices are downright ridiculous. The quote I got from RIBA was easily 30-40% cheaper than other estimates I received. They totally went above and beyond. Heck, they even worked on a window repair on New Years Day which just shows how committed they are to customer service. Highly recommend!

Riba was responsive and worked daily without fail. Workers were respectful of the home and stayed late to complete the work in a timely fashion. Quality of work is also excellent, and I am very satisfied. I would recommend, and will use Riba again!

We hired these people on the 3rd of October to have 3 of our leaking skylights replaced. They came over, took measurements and gave us an estimate a day or two later which we accepted. The Deposit was made and they sure took the money quickly. We never got a call from them for over 15 days after so we called and they acted like they didn't even know who we were and had to call back and hour or two later. They setup an appointment date for the 29th of October 2018 to come and install the skylights and they never called or showed up. We called them back and they again acted like they forgot.I mentioned i would take them to court and the guy on the phone Jerry or Gerry said he isn't afraid of court (well see about that after i bust you in court). I then got a call back from the man who gave us the estimate saying he had people quit and blah blah giving more excuses. That isn't an excuse to NEVER call and even mention what is going on. They sure like to take your money quickly but do no work at all. Lets see how long it takes to give a refund on my deposit. I would never let these people touch my roof. So I suggest everyone else stay away as well

Great experience. Long story short, they did exactly what they said they would do. The new roof looks great! I highly recommend. In fact, I'm now also doing siding, windows, and gutters with this company after the great roofing experience.

Ryan and the office took care of any issues promptly and Jose did an excellently job with the roofing crew.

Getting a decent color match on repointing a brick walk is a good trick. The had to return after the initial work was a bad color match. In the end, it looks fine.

Mr. Crawford who initially coordinated my roof repair was very professional, responsive and polite. Unfortunately, the office staff was the opposite and there seemed to remain a disconnect between what Mr. Crawford promised and what office staff understood. Riba construction as a total business proved themselves as unprofessional. They took payment but continued delaying the project. After waiting patiently delay after delay, the office staff called and told me to find someone else to repair my roof. I had not complained and was always patient and therefore this hostile attitude from the office staff caught me by surprise. There was no offer to reschedule later or discussion of the delay. They simply called rudely after months of me patiently waiting. I spoke to Mr. Crawford who agreed that this was not an appropriate communication. He rescheduled but once again his understanding was not the same as the office staff. In the end, Riba refunded my money but never followed through. I have never experienced such unprofessionalism as I witnessed with this business. I am sad to make this report but am doing so in hopes that no one else will have this experience.

Great company to work. Everything went smoothly, from beginning to end. I recommended RIBA to several others in my townhome community and one job was completed last week. I'm sure others will follow. I had 3 other estimates. One company, a national retailer was almost twice the price. Two others were close to RIBA's. One is new to Home Advisors, had few reviews & failed to reply to a complaint.

Did not waste my time with a slick sales job.
