They were great, offered fast service and really worked to get this job done for me in a pinch.

Riba Construction reflashed and replaced shingles on our corner roof area since we had a leak in the upstairs bedroom. I appreciate Ryan figuring out the source of the problem- which was definitely an external issue. (Since a past contractor just drywalled/repainted it from the inside.) I'm confident this has solved the problem. Eric and his team came and did the work which was quite an undertaking since they were working at about a 3 story level- never saw a ladder that tall! Eric was so kind and professional, and upon asking, even did a little extra for us by screwing on 2 shutters on our top windows that had blown off during heavy winds.

Suggested more economical alternatives to a complete (and unnecessary) cedar shake roof replacement. Workmanship and communication excellent throughout. Will be using them for future projects.

Good job repairing a brick walkway damaged by a root. They closely matched the brick replacement and built a sold foundation for the brick. The repair is seamless.

Overall quality experience. Had some unnecessary issues with an overly complicated scheduling process that placed the onus for scheduling on the customer (making me have to call multiple times during my vacation) rather than offering me a time and letting me say yes/no. That being said, once the owner got wind that I was getting frustrated, he called me, apologized profusely and corrected the situation. Overall, a mildly disappointing experience, but I would likely give them another try.

This was a small job to replace 2 shingles and painting the rusting B Vent. Unfortunately, there had been constant rain for the previous 2 weeks straight, but RIBA guaranteed that they would get the work done before we closed on our house. Needless to say, they showed up the first chance the weather allowed, and they did a fantastic job!

Job was for laundry room finishing and included some plumbing and electrical work along with ceramic tile installation and painting. RIBA did a great job.

Great work and communication

We hired RIBA Construction through Home Advisor to repair some metal siding that came off our house during a windstorm. Ryan, one of the co-owners came by, gave us a very reasonable, competitive estimate and told us they could schedule us in a timely manner. Three days later, the repair job was done! We're entirely satisfied and will hire them again for any future construction/repair work we need.

Had a great experience with RIBA on a roof replacement. Customer service was excellent - five start. RIBA responded to my questions both before and after the job, their pricing is very competitive and reasonable, and I would certainly use them again.

Ok - RIBA is the real deal. I don't care one anyone says; hiring a contractor is nerve wrecking. But after hiring RIBA, I will certainly hire again and it will be RIBA. It sounds cheesy, but wow, the job was amazing. The crew did an amazing job, were very precise, professional and did an awesome job in cleaning up before they left. My wife and I are extremely happy with the sidewalk/walkway.

The crew did an amazing job! My driveway, walkway and garage floor look gorgeous. I was really impressed not only with the quality of workmanship, but also by the way the crew conducted themselves. This is a little thing, but although I had told them to just use the bathroom just inside the door, they not only asked, but removed their boots before they would take the 2 steps into the house. I would definitely hire them again and have and will continue to recommend them to others

I was pleased with the work once they finished. The issue I had was with getting someone there to give me an estimate at the beginning. No one from the company called me back after I made the request on Home Advisor. I had to call to verify my appointment that was set for 1 PM but was told there was a 2 hour window for appointments which was not what the web site said. Then I had to call them to verify what time the work was going to start and they were not able to give me a time. Just advised it would start sometime that day. The service was fine once they got started but getting started was a problem. I will consider using them again but I hope I get a little better service at the beginning.

This company did outstanding work, I am very pleased with the outcome. The staff was very professional, I would recommend them to others. A job well done!!!

Eric's crew replaced 6 skylights and re- shingled the sun room roof including sealing a complicating almost flat section. Very pleased with the time and effort expended to ensure a leak free future! Highly recommend RIBA Construction.

If you want the job done fast and corners skipped, you may want to look somewhere else. I couldn't be more pleased with the time and effort they put in. Riba construction met or exceeded all my expections and would gladly do business with them again.
