Did an excellent job at a very reasonable price. The crew even came on Saturday to finish off the job. The crew was very courteous and friendly. They cleaned up well after the job.

RIBA team was responsive to my inquires and willing to take on a relatively small job of replacing/hanging shutters. All were pleasant to deal with. One glitch occurred when we scheduled an appointment for an estimate, but the estimator failed to show up or call indicating he would be delayed. RIBA then decided they could give me an estimate over the phone, given the nature of the job -- something they probably should have decided right from the start. However, they quickly scheduled the work and showed when they said they would. The work was professionally done.

From start to finish, displayed a constant professional demeanor that produced a top-notch work product.

The team was very responsive, even outside of office hours. They met our quick turn around requirements when others couldn't. Very professional and friendly group.

Due to some unforeseen circumstances, our deck did not get started as soon as we had expected, nor did it get finished, on time. However, once the construction started, the deck was completed quite quickly. Then, we came to a screeching halt! Still waiting to have electrical outlets completed, siding replaced, excess wood/trash picked up from our yard, & just the usual little "cosmetic" touch-ups completed. Seem to have communication issues - no one seems to know what the others are doing!

Riba did an excellent job. The section of siding that they had installed look great! This was my first time hiring a company and Riba made me feel at ease..customer service was great and I would definitely hire them again for future projects. Thank you Riba!

Riba did an amazing job. They had two projects to complete in 2 weeks. The first was to build a stamped concrete patio with stairs to code and remove the old pavers and stairs. The work was done on time. to code, and it looks great. Excellent communication with the foreman on the stamp design and color - given multiple options. The 2nd job was to replace rotted wood on 2 bay windows and then cap them for protection from future damage with pvc-coated aluminum. The coating not only was custom formed right there in my driveway but perfectly matches the trim paint on my house. Very impressed with this work especially in 100+ degree heat over two days. The best part was that over the 2 weeks I had multiple questions and concerns and Riba always followed up with me. Keeping good communications is an essential part of any job. I am very pleased.

Contracted with Riba Construction to replace gutters and repair fascia and soffets on our 40 year old home. Work was started and completed on time with excellent attention to details. I was contacted daily to ensure I was satisfied with quality. I will definitely use them again.

Riba did a tremendous job repairing the siding on my house. It had warped due to heat and I was concerned that they would not be able to match the exact color. Lo and behold when I came home one that afternoon it looked brand new! And there was no debris/trash leftover to indicate someone had been there. Much appreciated and highly recommended.

RIBA did a great job, they still have a small portion to finish, the foreman has contacted me to say they will come out to complete, I'm still waiting, but I believe they will do it.

They have a good attention to details and other than find one single roofing nail, there was no sign they were here. Office staff is very kind and attentive to my needs and questions.

Although they were a little late in getting the job started, I am very pleased with their work.
