Description of Work: I had my windows replaced in my townhouse. I found the team that replaced my windows to be very professional and efficient. I had an odd basement window and they were able to easily do the work without having to crawl under my deck. What I liked the most is that Renewal uses it own workers rather than sub the work. Renewal by Anderson was very good with follow-up if there were any issues with your windows.

Description of Work: We needed to replace some old vinyl windows so I requested estimates from several companies. Only Anderson responded promptly (the same day actually). Our sales people, Bob and Jackie, came out to give us an estimate. They were very knowledgeable about the windows, and gave us a clear explanation about the manufacturing and install process. They also explained that once we bought from Anderson we were guaranteed the 2013 price for 3 years. | |We were told that the windows would be installed 6 to 8 weeks after the contracts were signed. It was only 4 weeks later when we were called to set up an install date. | |We only replaced 7 windows for budget reasons. The install took less than a day. The crew were very professional, cleaned up well, and took time to explain all the features of the new windows. | |We were so pleased with the work that we recently invited Anderson Windows back to give us an estimate on 6 more windows. That work will be done in the summer of 2014.

Description of Work: They put in the new windows on the house facade. They were fast and clean and efficient, and the price was very reasonable. The product is definitely high quality. |So we asked them to give an estimate for French doors and a kitchen window, ...this was unfortunately so way out of our price range as to be quite a shock. |So although I would like to use them again, I can't.
