Description of Work: The crew installed replacement windows throughout our home, including new french doors and reconfiguration of two larger windows to different style openings. We were extremely impressed and pleased with the efficient, professional, skilled work done by our crew. The entire job was completed in a single day by a crew of 4 or 5 people, in 35 degree weather. The company went the extra distance to check back and make sure we were satisfied with all the products, and installation. We would happily use them again and recommend the company and windows to anyone looking for quality, professional work.

Description of Work: Estimate given was extremely high, and the sales person was extremely unprofessional can say rude. I contact the company and I filed complain.

Description of Work: Replaced two large 30 year-old insulated picture windows in a sun room. Work was started when scheduled and was completed in less than one day in a professional manner.

Description of Work: Renewal by Andersen installed all new windows in my home. 2 floors and approximately 32 windows + a new sliding glass door. The process was easy, the install was fine. However the installers not employees of Renewal but a contractor for Renewal, broke my kitchen faucet when removing/installing the new window over the kitchen sink. I didn't discover it until after the install was completed and they were gone. My only feedback is, it was very labor some having to go through the contractor's insurance company and several months to get renumeration for a new faucet. AND unfortunately I had to choose a new faucet of less value then the one in the kitchen because the insurance company wanted all this proof and model number, details of the existing faucet which had I known I wouldn't have thrown away the faucet once I had the new one installed. I took no pictures, etc. I learned a valuable lesson if you discover the issue after the fact - meaning once the work is complete, take pictures, research all the details knowing you will probably have to deal with someone else's insurance company. I think moving forward my recommendation to Renewal is make your contractors deal with the insurance company and not your end customers. I should have not had to facilitate the renumeration process it should have been done either through the contractor or Renewal directly. Other than that Renewal by Andersen and the entire process was fantastic. Thank you.

Description of Work: Removed old window inserts (13) and installed new ones. Started work approx 8:30 am and since the original paint on old windows contained lead they had to do an abatement process to prevent contamination inside the residence. They did this by hanging plastic sheeting over the window opening on the inside. They replaced all 13 windows, and hauled away the old ones in one day. They performed the work in a very professional manner and left the residence a clean state. The one problem I had and why I gave a B rating is that during the cold windy weather we had this winter there was a draft along the bottom of all windows. I worked to eliminate this problem by installing weatherstripping along the bottom of the windows and a piece of weather stripping along the inside to shut out most of the air.

Description of Work: Contractor replaced 17 windows in a two story colonial, single family home. All work was completed in one day since contractor supplied two crews to do the work. Job foreman kept me informed of progress and Michelle, the installation coordinator, checked in by phone to ask about progress and my satisfaction with the job. All went exceptionally well. We are very happy with the product. We spent more than we had intended for this project but the quality of the windows and the very professional installation was worth it. Highly recommend.

Description of Work: My 100+ year old house needed new windows. I sought estimates from Pella and Anderson. Sean from Anderson set up a convenient appointment at the house and showed me all the options. He was diligent and helpful throughout the process. I purchased 9 windows and one door, all of non-standard sizes and all much larger than normal windows. Installation went quickly and included regular check up with me. Sean stayed with me throughout the project and provided sound, professional advice at every turn. Superb service and product!

Very pleased with the representative and the installers. Extremely pleased with the product. Had used another nationally known window replacement for the back of house, but Anderson was much more satisfactory.

Description of Work: Renewal by Andersen at Merrified has always been professional in my interactions with this office. I have replaced my windows in 4 phases and am pleased with the quality and prompt services. Each time I replaced 5-6 windows with the last time with 11 windows total. The price is of course pricey. But, I think it's worth the investment in the long future.

Description of Work: Replaced two builder grade windows. One had rotted terribly and required both to be replaced before winter set in. They (Renewal by Anderson)were out this morning. All seemed to go extremely well. The new windows seem to be of excellent quality. I had a bit of a shock on the estimate last month but...the good stuff is always spendier. Might shop this harder the "next" time (hopefully this is it, the rest of the original windows seem to be holding up ok) However, I feel that the product is of good to superior quality and the service certainly met expectations.

Description of Work: Had two sliding glass doors replaced. Excellent work completed in one day. The only problem was an incorrect screen of a custom door. Took two reorders to get the right screen but we are very happy with the end result. |Renewal recommended an independent person to do staining of the wood interior of one door and he was excellent. Would definitely use Renewal again.
