Description of Work: I left the key for them to do a cleanout service. The townhouse was vacant and this was really an easy job. When I arrived to see their work, I was shocked to see they barely touched the kitchen appliances, dust still on the appliances. Clear they had not touched the freezer and over. Disappointing considering the kitchen was really the only area that needed cleaning.

Description of Work: Cleaning. There was abit of a language barrier and my instructions were not followed as requested. However, the cleaning they did do was excellent. I dont need my tissues folded into flowers, I would have preferred someone who was able to understand me.

Description of Work: They did a complete cleaning of my home after my movers came and before the 'walk through' for closing. They were simply the best! They tackled a 4-level townhouse that was a post-move 'mess' and made it sparkle. They didn't miss anything. When the new owners walked through, they commented about how clean and fresh everything was!

And they were very nice to boot! | |The issue related to punctuality could have easily been mitigated if I had been kept apprised of the delay. | |Unfortunately I was not, and because I had left work early, I was particularly perturbed. But to be fair, I am equally perturbed when the same thing happens to me with a contractor or at the doctor's - as if their time is valuable, but mine is not.
