Fast Maid Service

The two ladies arrived at the appointed time. They cleaned the areas designated for cleaning superficially. Some items, like bathroom sinks, some floor areas, kitchen doors were hardly touched. Communication was very difficult because their English was very poor.

The cleaning quality was great. The package is apparently very restrictive and does not include a lot of services but not everything may be mentioned in the list of items omitted.

Fast Maid team arrived on time and worked 4 hours non stop. They clean almost every blind spots at my house. Our bedroom and bathrooms were so clean we felt like we are in a new house. Great thanks those ladies. I will use them again after 2 weeks as a regular service that management offered me very good price for regular cleaning.

Most accurate description: SUPERFICIAL AND SLOPPY Superficial dusting without moving anything. Manager was clear that they would not move anything and that is very literal. Dust around candles and baskets and paper. Did not sweep or mop under beds and the ring where the sweeping stops is visible. Did not dust or clean ceiling fans or lights in any of the rooms. Did not even bother to clean the powder room, yet left the lights on. Left the lights on throughout the house and never put things back where they belong. Shower curtain thrown over rod (never cleaned), drapes pushed back but no window sills dusted or cleaned. Basic soft wipe with wet rag is all they did when something was cleaned. Complete waste of time and money. And manager allegedly 'checked every room'. I am now pursuing a refund because there is paper on the floor, dust on so many surfaces and I had to mop the stairs.

Great! The ladies that cleaned our house worked quickly and cleaned beautifully. My house has never been so clean! They were also very kind and interacted with my 2 year old.

Not well. Management of Scheduling leaves a lot to be desired.

Even though they did everything that was on the checklist of things to do they finished in way faster time than the three hours from two people that I purchased. They were racing out of there before I could say, wait a minute, since you finished a little bit early maybe you should do a little more stuff. So even though the deal was for six hours it really wasn't, it was for them to go through their checklist of services they do, that's it.

They were accommodating. The cleaning was good. They on time, polite, and professional.

Great cleaning of kitchen and bathrooms.

Generally, they did a good job, particularly in the bathrooms and kitchen. The deal was for 2 people, 3 hours each. They finished a half hour early and said there was nothing left, and I was busy with work so I couldn't check. But after they left, I discovered that they had tidied up my daughter's room, moving papers around that she had arranged for herself in a specific way, after I had explicitly told them to only clean the floor in that room. I think there must have been a language barrier with these particular employees, and it would have been better for them to admit that they didn't understand me rather than just nod and smile. Or perhaps they thought they did understand me - in any case, there was a communication breakdown. Next time I will get someone to help me write up signs in Spanish to clearly indicate what not to touch. Also, over the next day or two, I found many places in the house where surfaces were still coated with a fairly thick layer of dust, so I know they didn't clean them. Considering they left a half hour early, that really disappointed me. If they had just been a bit more thorough, I would have considered hiring them for continuing service.

They were professional and understanding of my misunderstanding and gave me suggestions when contacting Angie's List for a refund.

Went really well - would definitely use them again. Had some scheduling issues, and it was a bit difficult to get the head office on the phone or via email to work out - but aside from that, they were excellent and I'd be happy to use them again.

Some doors (paneling) were dusted some were not. I had a sticky spot on the floor that I didn't mop knowing the cleaning service was coming. After they left the spot was still there, it was more like they wet the floor a little rather than mopped it, I had to clean it after they left. I paid for the move out service that was supposed to include cleaning appliances. When I asked about the appliances one of the ladies did not speak English at all and the other had very limited English. I was trying to explain that it was supposed to be included in the service I bought but she didn't understand me. I showed her the oven and said "appliance cleaning". She kept "credit card" but I had already paid. She ended up wiping off the outside of the oven before leaving and that was all of the appliance cleaning that was done.

So I got the deal for 6 hours of house cleaning and 2 workers showed up. I live in a 2k sq ft row house and for some reason they were not able to clean the entire house in that time. I will say that the two floors they did clean (top and bottom floors, plus kitchen counters on main floor), they did a decent job. While it's nice that they made kleenex box bouquets and folded all the towels in the bathroom to look like you got them in a hotel, I would've liked it if they actually cleaned the entire house. They didn't vacuum, mop or dust the main floor...I read other reviews that said these house cleaners were fast and efficient but I can't say that for the two cleaners that did my house. Guess the deal I got was too good to be true... UPDATE: I received a call from them the day after (before this review was posted) and they were definitely interested in rectifying the situation. I will be using them once more and will update my grade after the second cleaning. I do have to applaud them for reaching out to me and figuring out a way that they can win my business back.

The service providers were timely, thorough, and willingly performed some extra services I requested. Naturally I provided compensation for these extra services.

The work was done satisfactory. The crew however was not very friendly which made the time they were there uncomfortable. I would use them again - just would hope for happier employees next time.

I purchased the deal on Angie's list and contacted the provider to schedule my cleaning. It was a challenge since I was also scheduling other companies to clean the chimney, paint, etc. I was able to find a day that would work for both of us. They came on time and did a great job. They sent 2 people and all the cleaning supplies to clean for 3 hours. The deal was for 6 hours of cleaning. They did a great job and I was very happy with their work. I would use them again if I decide to have my home professionally cleaned. For a move-in cleaning this was really worth it. I could not have cleaned the house on top of packing and everything else involved with buying and selling a home.

The two women who came to clean were wonderful, worked so hard they were sweating. Very thorough.

This is by far the best cleaning service. Bathroom cleaned - all white, spots cleaned. Carpet mopped/shampooed. Dust cleaned on walls and equipment. Furniture cleaned. Kitchen well done. Stairs and all rooms cleaned including windows. Everything well done.

I walked into my apartment after work to a fresh-smelling, carefully cleaned home. Every surface was cleaned, things moved (unusual!) and put in place. Everything gleamed. I am 100% satisfied with this service and would recommend it without hesitation.

Extremely well! The two ladies were right on time and did a fantastic job! My place really hadn't had a deep cleaning like that for a while and I was pleased with the result. In particular, my bathtub and the wall tiles needed a good scrubbing and it looks like new! The ladies were very professional and hardworking and worked continuously. I recommend this service highly.

It went really well. This was a coupon for 6 hours of move in/move out cleaning. In my case several months of renovations were close to complete and the house was mostly empty. Two ladies came and worked hard for 3 hours. I had a few special requests (e.g., rooms to ignore, rooms to concentrate on), because we didn't know what 6 hours would cover. They worked with my requests. In the end, the house went from looking like a disaster site to being, as quoted, move in ready. They did more than I expected from the time - the covered 3 bathrooms, kitchen, DR, LR and 3 bedrooms were all in good shape. I recommend them and will probably use the same service when the renovations are completely finished.

Friendly service, prompt, and thorough! They worked fast and hard the entire time!
