Sarah and Brenda did an excellent job. They arrived early and started immediately on the upstairs bedrooms and baths. When they were done, everything was spotless. I was particularly impressed with their work in the bathrooms and on my hardwood floors. Everything gleamed. They were professional at all times.

Everything went well, however, I would've liked a deeper cleaning of closets and fridge shelves (cobwebs and food spills). They did a fantastic job at my old place (Arlington), but my new place needed a bit more detail and elbow grease in the hidden spots. The previous owner wasn't very clean.

I was given a window of time when they would arrive. They were a little late, but I was called ahead of their arrival. Once they knew what I wanted them to do, they went straight to work and never stopped until it was time for them to leave. My wood floors looked better than I have ever been able to clean them so I am delighted.

Excellent. The two ladies, who had cleaned my place before, were fantastic. They were on time, efficient and hardworking. I highly recommend them and the service.

The service was okay. There were no additional costs on the big deal charge. There was a disconnect with the time, and I could have done more. I had asked them to come in the morning, and they said they were here at 7 in the morning, but we were dressing and all so they had to waste time at the door until 7:30. I guess I should have asked them what time they would be here, and if they would have said 7 to 7:30, I would have told them to come at 10-10:30. I can't deal with cleaning people coming to clean the house at 7:30, I haven't dressed for the day. The pricing was great. They were here so early, but I didn't want them to be here that early. I would use them again in the future, but I would nail down the time they would be here.

this crew is very good...... and would have them again but at the same price..... this they said was a special so they could charge more to come regularly.... then its not competitively priced....

I took advantage of a special deal on Angie's List for 3 hours of house cleaning. The 2 ladies from Fast Maids did a terrific job. Some highlights: --The oven and stove were thoroughly cleaned. They managed to remove food that was baked on that I had given up on -- and the stove, inside and out, looks like new. --They helped me move my lighter furniture outside in the family room so that they could clean the floor. The floor has never looked so bright! --They cleaned all bathrooms throughly. --All surfaces dusted --Vacuumed all rooms and steps I was really impressed. Their boss called afterwards asking if I would subscribe to their services, but I told him that I strongly preferred to go with them every 6 months, as I do a fair amount of maintenance cleaning myself. But I cannot recommend Fast Maids Service more highly.

Everything went well, I will admit that maids that cleaned my house in December were more thorough but these ladies did an excellent job and I was satisfied with their level of performance.

It was the best housecleaning that I have had in the Northern Virginia area and plan to replace them with my regular cleaners

They are really very good. The two ladies cleaned the bedrooms + bathrooms really well. They were even able to clean my stovetop spotless which I had tried multiple times and was unable to remove the grease.

My home was clean and the people were nice. The only reason I did not give an A is because the cleaners moved items when they cleaned, and I had a hard time finding them. For example, I have one piece of paper on my desk that I use as a reference. After they left, I had to hunt all over to find it. I eventually found it placed with other papers but I normally have it setting out in the right corner. This also happened in my kitchen and bedroom. So they really did do a great job in cleaning and making sure everything was picked up and dusted/washed. BUT there is nothing worse than going to look for an item and not find it where you left it. That is my only complaint. That is why I would not use them again.

I loved this company and the work they did! Scheduling was easy, my place looked amazing, and they even called me afterward to check on the service and offer quotes for ongoing cleaning. I think I may take them up on the offer!

We had completely vacated our rental property and needed a move-out clean completed within the week. Fast Maid was quite busy as it was Spring Break week, but were able to squeeze us in on Saturday before our walk-through with the Landlord. We have had a bit of a tumultuous relationship with our Landlord after having lived in his home and dealt with water intrusion, mold, multiple water leaks, etc. Because the Landlord dragged his feet making any repairs and had spent thousands of dollars since we moved in, we were positive he was going to be a stickler about every sq. inch of his home in an effort to keep our last month's rent that we pre-paid at move-in (we were vacating early per all the on-going issues with his home). Needless to say, Fast Maid cleaned every.single.inch of that house and actually left it in a better condition than he had previously delivered it to us. How on EARTH they got his disgusting stove cleaned is beyond me. I might have used it twice out of sheer desperation while I was living there because it was so disgusting. Very happy with the work that was done and I'm happy to report we did get our last month's rent back! We have since purchased a home and will most assuredly be reaching out to Fast Maid again as soon as the contractors here are out of our hair!

Fast Maid Service is beyond the best cleaning service I have ever used! Both workers were courteous, hard working and paid attention to detail. I COULD NOT BE HAPPIER! The quality and depth of the cleaning was amazing. I would highly recommend this company as a true value. If you are looking for a friendly service that employees hard working individuals, then Fast Maid Service is the right call. It is obvious this company and their workers take pride in their work and want to make customers happy with the results!

I am a realtor and have called them on a few occasions to do a move out cleaning. They are terrific! They are flexible, the house was cleaned beautifully, they were on time and professional. Both the office personnel and the cleaning professionals who came to the houses were excellent and responsive. I have used them on multiple occasions and will continue to use them. Well worth the money as they are more than reasonable!

Showed up on time and got right to work. The team were very task oriented and finished within the time scheduled. The place looked better than it did when we took possession and we got our full deposit back.
