Fast Maid Service

Everything went great! They were fast in responding to my request for an appointment, and they arrived right on schedule. There were 2 ladies that came to do the cleaning, and they were very pleasant and did an excellent job of cleaning the entire house including cabinets inside/out and thoroughly cleaning floors, ceilings, baseboards, blinds, etc., and the bathroom was sparkling clean. I would definitely recommend Fast Maid Service to anyone needing cleaning services!

They showed up right on time, and got my house spotless cleaned within 3 hours (2 house cleaners). Bathrooms, kitchen and floors were shinny. Their customer service is excellent also, as I had to re-schedule original service dates a couple of times. I will definitely use them again.

The team of 2 was very courteous and nice. They were fast and thorough. They did a spectacular job of cleaning the house and I would definitely recommend and request their service again. They did not ask for a tip (we've had other cleaners ask for a tip at the end of cleanings) which I appreciated. The company was easy to work with regarding scheduling.

It was awful. I gave them a tour of the house and told them not to do the Master bedroom, laundry room, then another room for them not to touch, and they didn't. They had three bathrooms to do, two bedrooms, office, living room, family room, small kitchen in the house, and a kitchen on the patio. I had organized all of the rooms, so there wasn't much to do. Everything was tidy, and it was clean because, I knew they were coming. The kids rooms had stuff on their desk, my son's room was nice, but my daughter's room wasn't as nice. I told them to do what they could, just go around the mess. I told them not to be too worried about it. I figured they would tell me how they were going to manage their time, but they said OK. I wanted them to get through the whole place. I was here the whole time and stayed out of their hair. I was in my bedroom folding laundry, and just kind of observed them. One of them appeared to be working quite hard. She was the one in the bathrooms, and kitchen. The one doing the bedrooms, she had the vacuum running, and was folding blankets. I asked them to use my vacuum so I could get anything that had been sucked in, out. She used hers for the floor and then my vacuum for the floor. When I saw the end product, I started thinking about it. They didn't get to the family room, or the third bathroom which, was the common bathroom for guests. The rooms they did were pathetic. She hardly did my living room, my coffee maker was broken, and the shower now drips, I have to bring a plumber in. I had to get a $40 coffee maker, and probably $200 for the plumber. I talked to the owner of Fast Maids, and he wasn't aware of anything. He didn't offer to replace the coffee maker. He did say that he had complaints about the slow one and offered to send out his best team. I haven't heard back from him. The whole experience was frustrating. What I got for the value was a D. It wasn't worth the $100. They got the tiles cleaned in the bathrooms. They moved things around. She took the table cloth, shook it off onto my floor under the table, and didn't vacuum. Initially, the owner showed interest in what happened, but then didn't follow-up. They were timely in showing up, they were 10 minutes late, and left right on the three hour mark.

Fast Maids did an outstanding job. I was very happy with their service and quality of their work. My maids were Brenda and Sarah and they left my home sparkling with everything cleaned, my stainless appliances shining, furniture polished and carpet vacuumed. This is an excellent company. Omar and Elshot are very accommodating with the scheduling process.

We are planning to find very good houseclenaing company with affordable price and positive reviews with their current services. Finally ordered 6 hours move out cleaning service from Fast Maid Service. Two ladies arrived in time and did great job within 3 hours time period. They performed very good service and I called company asked one more move in housecleaning service for my new house. They scheduled that when I am on the line. That was fast, professional and great service I ever seen. Thank you very much for ladies and management!

I got the $179 deal for 6 hours of move in housecleaning. They started at 7am, and I stopped by at 9am. By that time, they had finished the second floor and were cleaning the first floor. The second floor looked clean. I found some dust in one of the master bathroom cabinets, but nothing major. I asked the cleaning ladies to make sure the baseboards were cleaned (we had recently change the hardwood floor so we wanted to make sure they were dusted well), and to clean a few food spots I found in the fridge. Since we are getting a new carpet in the basement, we already took the old carpet out, but told them to clean the floor, as we don’t want to place the new carpet in a dirty floor. They left at 10am, and when I went to check the house later that morning, I found out they didn’t take the trash out, the living room baseboards were still dusty and dirty, the basement floor wasn’t clean, and the entrance floor was dirty as well. I used paper towel to wipe those particular spots, and couldn’t believe it how much dirt I was getting. I also found out two of the fridge plastic boxes broken, and a small piece of that same plastic on the floor. I’m waiting for my husband to have time to stop by in the house to check on that because he is the one who took a good look at the fridge when we bought the house. I spoke with them on the phone when they called me to follow up on the customer satisfaction, and all they said was that they were surprised and sorry, and to send them the pictures I took, but that's all.

I bought a $99 Upholstery cleaning deal and a $99 for 4 hours of maid service deal from Angie's List. They did an excellent job cleaning the couch and chair, and an excellent job cleaning. They were able to get out stains that I did not think we able to come out (and my couch and chair are white/ivory). When they were drying the cushions they left some cushions on a rocking chair, that ended up bleeding onto the wet cushions. when I called to tell them this, they came back out to remove the new stains. Looks like new. The maid service was also excellent. They cleaned under the bed and the top of the refrigerator, and I even saw them get on a step stool and clean the tops of the lighting fixtures.

Kitchen and all bathrooms were pristine -- Everything looked brand new. We were thoroughly pleased with the job they completed, especially at the price point. Highly recommend them for any move-in or move-out housecleanings.

(2) ladies for (3) hours. Excellent job, thorough cleaning, (3) bathrooms, bedrooms, kitchen, living room, blinds cleaning. Very satisfied.

I had shoulder surgery two weeks ago and am not able to do much around our home so i signed up to have Fast maid Service come to clean our condo. The ladies worked hard and for the most part gave a lot of attention to detail. They vacuumed the edges of the carpet with a hand held vacuum. All appliances in the kitchen were wiped down as was the inside of the microwave oven. The blinds in the living room and bedrooms were lifted and the window frames wiped down. All furniture was nicely dusted. The only asterisk to an otherwise good job was the hard wood floors. This was the last area to be cleaned and it was approaching the third hour. My son's dog was visiting here last Sunday and there were spots of dried doggie drool from his water bowl, as well as areas where he was chewing on treats and playing with toys. After they left I had to use an old rag to reclean three areas that had not been done. I realize that a majority of my floor in the condo is hardwood, but I do wish they had taken a little more time to make sure the entire floor was clean and free of smudges. I will call and schedule another appointment in the future and I will make sure to mention the floors so they are done to my satisfaction.

The two workers arrived promptly at 7:00. They went right to work I was so impressed with their work. I am going to use them regularly.

Excellent services will use them again. They showed up little later tan expected but the worked continuously to accomplish so much in three hours. We had two housekeepers.

I hired Fast Maid Service to clean my house prior to moving in. They cleaned the windows, bathrooms, appliances and mopped the floors. They missed some hard to reach places in the cabinets, but overall did a great job. I'd hire them again.

the team arrived on schedule and started diligently. I could interact with them without any language barrier. They performed the work as expected, with extra attention to detail. they cleaned a large area containing a bathroom and a bedroom, plus my kitchen with special attention to scrubbing the floor. They poured some strong chemical whose smell endured for several days, and which smelled like ant control. However, I am not aware what chemical was used.

Cleaning went very well. The crew arrived promptly at 7am and did an amazing job. They were very thorough, floors, baseboards, vents, all surfaces... everything was cleaned!

Provider was on time and professional. The clean up went well overall. There were some missed spots, minor, that I did not notice until they left.

The cleaning went well. Floors looked the best that they have in years. Even the sliding window tracks looked good. Only thing missed was the vent on the main floor air intake.

We had done some of the cleaning ourselves prior to their arrival due to a real estate picture taking situation. As a result some of the traditional areas they would clean didn't need it. So at our suggestion they focused on other areas and did a fantastic job! If I can I will have this same pair of hard-working ladies back in the future.
