Fast Maid Service

Overall the team did an okay job but I was disappointed in several areas. I had purchased a special offer of 6 hours of house cleaning (3 people for 2 hours) for $99. They tried to leave 20 minutes early. The hardwood floods had been dried mopped but not washed - they were still very dirty. The dusting was adequate but not fantastic. I'll some them some credit as the house had not been cleaned professionally for a couple of months and I do have two dogs and a cat. However, other cleaning agencies have faced the same challenge and have done a better job.

Overall, we were very pleased with the service. The ladies did an excellent job: were able to get up a ton of dog fur, wiped down appliances, cupboards, etc. The house was spic and span when the new owners did a walk through. My only critique would be that the maids showed up 15 minutes late, and then when their time was up (it was a 4 hour clean), they were preparing to leave without finishing the basement. However, after a call to the Fast Maids office, they stuck around and finished the job to our satisfaction. I would definitely recommend them...they did a deep, thorough clean and exceeded expectations.

My cleaning experience with Fast Maid went very poorly. We contracted for two maids for four hours and three maids showed up and worked less than three hours. I quickly noticed many deficiencies and called the company and spoke to Alex who he suggested I email some photos of the shortcomings, which I did. He was very nice as was the other associate with whom I spoke who set up an additional two maid-two hour cleaning free of charge. It took some negotiating to come up with a time that worked into my schedule. After proposing 3PM on July 18, I was told that would work, and we could expect the cleaners to arrive after 3PM. By 5PM the crew still had not arrived! I think most people seeking cleaning services know that a big part of the arrangement is working it into your schedule. At least in the early stages of the business relationship, you want to be home. This takes planning. So after two occasions of putting my schedule in line with Fast Maid's schedule, neither event went smoothly. Below are the deficiencies which I described to Alex regarding the initial visit. *Four out of four cooktop burners not replaced correctly. *Cooktop not cleaned sufficiently. *Kitchen items not returned to previous places (i.e. drying rack moved to opposite side, Keurig was placed in drying rack!) *Toaster was placed awkwardly and unevenly atop its own cord. *Loose kitchen items placed in coffee mug and drinking glass on kitchen counter (instead of putting mug and glass in dishwasher or putting items elsewhere). *Kitchen backsplash remained dirty. *Dust and dirt still evident on baseboards. *Several cobwebs, etc. from ceilings. *Trash not removed from all trashcans. *Blinds in master bathroom not cleaned or returned to original (lowered) position. *Squeegie for shower of master bathroom not returned to the suction cup hanger. *Master bathroom counter carelessly cleaned. *Scale in master bathroom left behind trashcan instead of returned to its original position on the floor. *Piece of dirty paper on the floor of the downstairs bathroom. *Careless vacuuming spots. I'm sorry to review this company so poorly. It seems clear they mean well, however the service provided is just not acceptable.

GREAT! All the staff were very friendly and provided a wonderful service. I've had my house cleaned before by several other professionals but Fast Maid Service was by far the best we've ever had. I bought an Angie's List voucher for 6-Hours of Deep House Cleaning -- they showed up with 3 cleaners and completed the job in 2 hours. I have a 3-story townhouse with 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths, 2 half baths, a kitchen, dinning area, and 2 living areas. They provided dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing of the house. I was also extremely impressed with the extra mile the staff took by leaving the tops of the toilet paper and tissues in decorative designs/origami (see attached pictures). I will definitely be keeping them in mind for any future cleaning needs we may have.

Well, the workers came on time and did a great job portion of the house. However, they didn't finish cleaning the whole house. It's not from the cleaners but the 2 hours period over without going to the basement. A little disappointments. I gave them overall B was only for unfinished work.

They were so prompt they arrived before I did. They were pleasant and cheerful and amazingly efficient, working with such speed and competence while cheerful and friendly. This was my second cleaning from Fast Maids and I was very pleased and will heartily recommend them. I wish I'd known sooner the difference professional cleaners can make.

Fast, as their namesake, thorough and professional. Immediately went to work as a team of 3 to cover a 2500 ft /house in 2 hours. Cleaned mold, dishes, floors, spiderwebs, everything you would want.

It wasn't good. There is a difference between regular house cleaning and first time moving. We paid for the first time moving and it was not that good. They didn't have a ladder and regular cleaning stuff. The price was fine. They didn't clean the shelves inside, and they just used a rag to clean everything. For a first time clean, they need too use whatever it takes to get everything out. Behind the fridge, cabinets, draws, and I had to re-clean a lot of the stuff.

They did an excellent job. They moved through my unit quickly and cleaned thoroughly. It even stayed clean [dust-wise] longer than it ever has.

The two maids were a team. It was great.

The two ladies that came did a fantastic job!! They went above and beyond, and left the house sparkling! They arrived exactly on time, and were very polite and friendly!

They were prompt, courteous, professional. A few area they didn't dust or clean well. Two people came and I was pleased. They brought all of their equipment and cleaning supplies. Respected my time and privacy.

The cleaning crew showed up with everything they needed to clean our new house. The home was still not furnished and they did a deep clean throughout the whole home, cleaning all bathrooms, cabinets as well as dusting all of the trim.

Very quality work. Considering hiring them on a regular basis.

Purchased the 6 hour deep special last month which was 2 women for 3 hours for $99. Although their English was very limited, the women were very professional and polite. They arrived a half hour late, but doubt they had any control over that. They were unable to tell me the cost going forward, but I'd definitely have them again. Excellent work!

I entered in a contract with them to clean my home. They were supposed to clean the whole house but they didn't clean the basement. I called them and they said they didn't know they had to clean the basement, but they came back and cleaned it. They did the same thing again the second time. They said the price that they gave me was not for the full house. The price was only for the two levels of my home and not the basement. They came back before and fixed it, but now they're saying the basement isn't included. They told me they could give me a quote for the full house, but I no longer wanted to use them. That is not fair to do something one time and then say it doesn't include the basement. I had also told them I was going to pay them with a check, even though I paid the first time with my credit card. They went ahead and charged my credit card the second time without even telling me they were going to do that and keep me from paying with a check. I didn't know they had my credit card on file. They didn't ask me for that. They tell you things, but in the end, they end up changing whatever they want without letting you know anything. They were not professional.

Two young ladies worked very fast and very hard to vacuum shades, shutters, carpet (including stairs); clean bare floors in rec room, office, and kitchen; clean 1-1/2 bathrooms; clean mirrored wal; and dust built-in shelves. I was amazed at their efficiency, thoroughness, professionalism, and cheerfulness and would be pleased to have their help again.

I saw the advertisement in the book that was 99.00 for four hours of housecleaning. Called and scheduled the appointment and let them know that I was interested in the deal that they had in Angie's List book. They came out today and did a deep housecleaning without my knowledge when I had requested for just the 99.00 for four hours of housecleaning. At the end of the appointment he requested for 300.00 and stated that I was being billed for the deep housecleaning. I then stated that I was not going to pay that fee due to me not requesting for the deep cleaning. He then proceeded to tell me to shut up and that I was not listening.

They did a fabulous job. My husband agrees.

The team was prompt and very efficient. They were very thorough and did everything you expect good housecleaners to do. They paid special attention to bathrooms and the kitchen and left everything sparkling. Definitely recommend.

Cleaning was not done well. The floors didn't appear to have been cleaned at all and there was still a lot of dust everywhere. It was very clear that the cleaning crew lacked attention to detail.

The came on time, brought everything they are supposed to, I requested that one of them speak English and they did. They did an excellent job and I would use them again.

We hired Fast Maid Service to do a move-in/move-out cleaning before our new tenant moved into our condo. The two ladies were on time and did a great job. Would definitely use them again!
