Fast Maid Service

Generally, it went well. Initially, I had problems with the front office sticking to the appointed time of arrival. The night before they were supposed to come, no one had re-confirmed the time with me, so I had to chase them to re-confirm. When I finally reached them, they said they would arrive an hour later than we had originally agreed. Not a responsible way to handle a customer! Finally, they worked it out and showed up within the time-window to which we originally agreed. The three ladies doing the work for 2 hours were diligent and pleasant.

service not provided yet. I requested 3 dates which were over 3 weeks away when I purchased 6 hours of deep housecleaning via angies list offer ... they never initiated any response to that request. When I called them the first date available was well after the timeframe I wanted ... I was disappointed but accepted that. When that appointment date came no one showed up and no one called me!

I think it was great but it was a long time ago so I don't remember.

They cleaned our home very nicely and did a meticulous job. We were quite happy. My wife's email comments after they completed their work as follows: "Just a note to let you know the girls, Brenda and Sara(?), did a great job and I will definitely have them back. I am happy to post an A+ rating on Angie’s list. They were able to do the job in under 3 hours (about 2 ½ hours), so they were very efficient."

I was happy overall with the work that was done--the two workers got a lot done in three hours, and I really appreciated it. Unfortunately, one of the cleaning solutions reacted with the metal of my toaster oven, corroding the metal significantly and requiring a full replacement. I purchased this as an Angie's List Deal of the Day, but once I replaced the toaster oven, my total cost was nearly double what I paid. After several emails to let them know of the problem, clarify that the metal was not corroded before the service, and pursue some sort of compensation, I was offered a discount on a future cleaning, but did not feel confident risking the problem again.

The cleaning team got down to work right off the bat and were clearly well prepared and trained in what they had to do. They cleaned thoroughly and efficiently. Overall, a professional job.

Very well done and immaculate job. Slow at first to take care of the delicate cleanings and then caught up with all the rest and finished on time! They arrived on time and their punctuality was admirable as they came from farther distance. I Highly recommend them and plan on regular monthly cleanings from now on!

Very well. I purchased a housecleaning special. They arrived a little early. A team of 2 women came and cleaned my 3-bedroom apartment in about 2 hours. I was surprised that they left after 2 hours instead of the 3, but they had cleaned everything. I have absolutely no complaints. They even gave my bathroom towels a cute fold. I would absolutely recommend their service and I will surely use them again. I'm just figuring out how often I can fit this into my budget. It felt so good to come home to the apartment after it was cleaned so thoroughly.

Great! They were on time, worked quickly, and my house was sparkling after. They were kind and accommodating, as I had to work from home that day and was totally in their way half the time. Would definitely use them again.

Well, punctual, thorough job, catching areas that I might miss.

The two women arrived on time (7 am!) with all of their equipment, supplies and products. I had used the 6 hour special, so it was 2 people for 3 hours. I had to pick up a friend at the airport and would be gone when they were scheduled to leave. I was a little nervous about this, especially since it was a first time. They were great and easy about that. When I got home my home was clearly a level of clean throughout that it hasn't been for sometime. My standards are pretty high, and they not only met them, but surpassed them! The women who came had an intuitive sense of what needed to be done and did it. They were kind and friendly and even endured our very friendly rescue dog (who eventually left them be). They were professional and courteous, and I'd love to have them back. They did floors, laundry area, cabinetry, shelves, bathrooms, mirrors and inside windows, dusting and vacuuming. Because I was doing some major overhauling, I had some significant piles in a couple of rooms that I just thought they'd avoid those rooms. They actually worked right up to and around the piles (so when I got them eventually moved, what I needed to do was a small fraction of what I was expecting I'd need to do. When I walked in, not only could I smell the difference, I could see it, too! A huge boost to my spirit after spending all my energy on organizing.

The cleaners were wonderful. I was very pleased and I was truly impressed by the owner's response to all my concerns. I will definitely be using this Company again!

Did not schedule as they do not regularly work Saturdays. Saturday normal hours are posted on this site but according to the service provider, they only "work one Saturday each month" so be sure to verify before you purchase. The representative was very responsive and kind to work with though..

Overall, was cleaning was done very well and great customer service. They could do a better job by paying a little more attention to detail and getting those "hard to clean/reach" areas.

Plus. The scheduling was quick (48hrs ahead of time). The day of, they arrived 10 minutes early. During cleaning activities, everything was done well. They worked very quickly, cleaning and organizing areas effectively. Minus. I would have liked them to be more aware of leaving my external door(s) (insects, A/C, etc.) wide open as they took out trash and recycling several times. Also, having asked them to cover/remove shoes, I would like a service provider to replace her shoes when taking garbage into the yard (or do it all at the end, on her way out). I also would have like them to use my vacuum rather than the equipment they brought; I mentioned this at the beginning but it was not always abided by. If they needed assistance (vacuum too hard to use, too heavy, etc.) someone should have let me know. Other. I was expecting two (2) employees for two and a half hours (150 min) but received three (3) employees (1hr 40 min (100 min)). This is not a complaint, I simply would have liked to understand the on-site duration limit from the beginning so I could better prioritize my requests. Regardless, they did them all well and quite thoroughly. Verdict. Yes, I would use them again. In fact, I really regret not having cash on hand. Their dispatcher said tips are not required/expected, however I feel bad for not having bills with me.
