Everything went well. They arrived early and did a solid job on two rental units that I was preparing for rent. I will hire again, for sure.

After a snafu: The cleaners came Wednesday morning vs Thursday morning. Spoke to Omar (scheduler) when the cleaners came. I tried to explain that I scheduled the visit for Thursday, he claimed he had it scheduled for Wednesday. Word of advice: double check or have it confirmed by email or text. I very specifically explained to the cleaners how I liked certain things cleaned and then took them throughout the house explaining what needs to be done and how. They complied. I saw Maryoris cleaning the front of a door which I knew needed cleaning but I didn't expect it was to be done. Dania went to task cleaning the upstairs bathroom and kitchen. A very thorough job indeed. She even got down on her knees in the TV room by the baseboard and under the dining room table. I was very impressed with her. Overall, they did a fantastic job and I would certainly invite them back. They did a deep cleaning throughout the house and it looked clean and shiny. Both ladies were here for 3 hours and it was constant cleaning. Great job!

The ladies arrived promptly with all their own supplies (even though I had my own), and got right to work. They followed my request not to use strong cleansers in the bathroom given that there is no window to allow the fumes to exit. All the area rugs were vacuumed, as were the floors which were also then wiped down by the ladies. I asked them to clean the two ceiling fans in the bedrooms, which was done right away (as I held the step ladder). All the "knick-knacks" were dusted and returned to their previous place. The kitchen and bathroom especially shined after they had finished the work, and those two rooms most matter to me. They did a great job and I'm thinking of having them come back again.

It was a good job for the price paid.

It was fair. They did it on the date that I requested. They misunderstood the time so there were some glitches in terms of the timing for them to come. They made it but it was not very convenient for me. The cleaning result was generally fine but they broke a cabinet jar so it was a mixed result. I think the price was good.

Fast Maid Service did an excellent job. There was one hiccup with scheduling on their part, but also one on my part which they worked to correct even though it was my error. I really appreciated that. The ladies did a great job in cleaning my home. Almost everything was put back in place and my house smelled wonderful. I definitely recommend them. They also offer great deals on service!

Very well. They did 6 man-hours of work, and it looked lovely, kitchen was sparkling, bathroom likewise and they'd cleaned the dust off all the surfaces.

Cleaners showed up 3 hours early for the appointment and I wasn't ready for them. They spent a really long time cleaning upstairs and did not have time to clean the first floor or the finished basement. Also, I came into my kitchen and one of the cleaners was standing on my counter tops cleaning my cabinets. After standing on my counter tops in her street shoes she was finished with the kitchen and they didn't even receive a wipe down.

Personnel should pay closer attention to returning items to the places they removed them from while cleaning.

Fast Maid Service sent out 2 ladies for 3 hours of deep cleaning. Not only did we needed the house to be dusted/cleaned, but we also hope that they concentrate on the kitchen cabinets and floor. I'm generally a bit of a neat freak and know quite a bit about cleaning, but I must say that they did an awesome job! There wasn't an inch that they didn't touch and they have thoroughly cleaned/vacuumed/polished/dusted pretty much the whole house! I'm seriously considering using them on a regular every other month basis!

I paid for 3 service hours and 2 cleaners. While they were friendly and appeared to be working diligently, they left at 2 hours. The left many areas dirty, including areas that were not swept or vacuumed, and they left grease on the glass in the kitchen. They did not take out the trash or notify me that they were leaving. (I thought they were going to their vehicle to get something and come back. After 15 minutes I realized that they were gone an hour early with unfinished work.)

The 2 cleaners arrived on time. They got to work right away and worked the full 3 hours each. They did a good, not great, job. The HW floors were damp mopped but were not entirely clean and not polished. However, considering the amount to be done, they did as well as any service could in the allotted time. Besides cleaning, they organized my clutter into manageable piles, neatly tucked away in closets. There was no breakage or damage. I would hire them again.

It turned out great. They did an amazing job. I like them so much. I hired them on a monthly basis. I am using them again. As a matter of fact, they will be here today.

This was a waste of money. 1st. The cleaners removed items from my home, the value of which is not that much, somewhere between 50 and 75 dollars. Random stuff, I have no idea why they took it. We have searched the house high and low. They aren't at the house. Very very appalling. 2nd the actual attention to detail of the clean itself was incredibly lacking. My two fans in the upstairs bedrooms are still caked in dust. None of my vents have been dusted or vacuumed. We are on a tight timeline to move in so I had to have another cleaner come out the day after services from another company to clean more and she sent me pictures of her rags to show me how much dirt and dust she was still finding everywhere. I sent an email to the service provider and they called me immediately. They offered to have the cleaners come back to clean more "sometime next week" but because of the schedule we needed it done sooner. Also as to the massive problem of the cleaning crew taking my stuff, he was sure I was mistaken because nothing like that has happened before. He said he would call the crew and get back to me. I still have not heard from them. At this point I am seeking a full refund. I advise people to not use this company.

Every thing seemed really good. We were quite happy. Only downside was that one blind seemed like it got messed up during their cleaning and I had to spend 40 minutes fixing it. Not really their fault, but they should have mentioned it.
