They did an excellent job. Sara and Barb arrived on time and prepared. They worked very quickly and effectively and had the house cleaned from top to bottom in 2.5 hours. They were friendly and helpful, and just did a first class job.

Sara and Brenda did an excellent job in every way. It was very easy to communicate my need and all were met and surpassed.

Fast Maid Service was fine. They were good. I like their honesty, actually. They broke a frame and then they left a note saying that they broke the frame and offered to pay for it. I just let them in, really, in the house and left- barely any interaction. The work that they did turned out excellent. They did a good job.

They do an awesome job cleaning. This is my second appointment with them, I bought their deal off of Angie's List the first time $99 for 6 hrs, and scheduled the second appt. via email correspondence and paid by selecting a deal on their website. I email back and forth with them quite a bit and always get quick responses from Sam. The cleaning ladies drive all the way from Woodbridge, VA to my house in Silver Spring, MD and got here at 7am both times. I'm very pleased with the service, the house looks great when they are done. The one and only issue though is that they will assume everything is trash if it happens to be on the floor, so excuse me if my kids socks, small toys and brand new pencils (for example) happen to be on the floor I don't expect to find them the trash. They do haul the trash away with them when they leave, but I asked the to leave the trash bags so that I can go through and find anything that shouldn't have been thrown away. When I questioned one of them about all of the stuff in the trash that should't have been, she told me that they don't know what's trash or not so I need to have everything picked up from the floors if it isn't trash, but we are very messy people living here, which is why I hired a cleaning service, because both my husband and I work and have busy schedules, and I really hate cleaning! Didn't realize it was such a novel idea for cleaners to pick up the mess without throwing the baby out with the bath water, but I know for the future. I do really appreciate how hard they work and the results they provide, because as I said before, we are a very messy bunch, and honestly they go above and beyond: like dishes aren't included but time willing they do the dishes and even folded all of the laundry that my husband washes then leaves around the basement in unfolded piles. The ladies are very nice and I will continue to use this service in the future.

The 2 women were amazing! They showed up right at 7 a.m. as planned, went immediately to work, and left no corner or even window untouched - my house has never been so clean & shiny! I think I'm a pretty good housekeeper and I was blown away by their attention to detail. They even folded my towels & tissues like I lived in a hotel. I would definitely hire them again!

They did a nice job. They arrived later than expected and therefore ended up being there later than we planned for them to be there. We tried to hurry them along, but they were determined to do a thorough cleaning.

Unfortunately, six hours was not enough and they didn't get to the whole house. We were extremely pleased with what they did get done.

They were very nice but they were not thorough. For example, after "cleaning" the master bathroom, the same debris that was on the floor when they started was still On The floor when they finished. I had my carpets professionally cleaned before they came and after they left, my carpets were dirtier, ie, that tracked in leaves and dirt from the outside (that wasn't there before they got here), etc. they also took dusty items that were on the floor and put them on my bed?? I also noticed they removed the knobs off my light fixtures and instead of putting them back they placed on the counter tops. I was just relieved they didn't break them. One toilet had water stains in it and didn't look clean. After pointing it out, one of the cleaners stuck her sponge in the toilet bowl to wipe it. I was surprised they didn't use a toilet brush vs a sponge and could see they didn't seem to have the right tools. They also ran out of time before getting to clean the final bathroom. I was offered the option to pay an additional fee for them to stay but based on the above chose not too - I can just clean it myself. I don't think I would use them again.

They were amazing. They arrived on time. They went far beyond any cleaning service I have had before. They organized the shoes in the closest, tidied up my daughter's bookcase, folded the towels. I could go on and on....We have had regular cleaners in the past and we had to put them on hold because of our travels. I have already scheduled them to come back and given our schedules, I hope they will become our regular cleaners. They are very flexible on timing. The gentleman I dealt with on the phone could not have been more professional and accommodating.

This was the best and most thorough house cleaning I've ever had! When I came home, my house was literally shining because they even cleaned the windows and blinds! This was for just a general house cleaning. The price is also very reasonable and the women who did the cleaning were very pleasant and on time.

The two ladies who came to our home were very nice and worked tirelessly for three solid hours. They did a fabulous job.

We are very particular and pay lots of attention to detail. I am so very happy to have found Fast Maid (thanks to my husband), we will definitely HIRE AGAIN...AND SOON!

Yeah they were okay no great shakes but they do a decent job. It was adequate. They were very polite. All they did was exterior I think they could have done a little more like the inside of the stove and the refrigerator.
