They charge me $40 per week. They’re very good. I really don’t have any problems with them. Anytime I call them for anything extra like weeding or anything, they are right there. I have a contract with them every year, and they come out and do my lawn and everything. I will use their services again in the future.

We have been very happy with Craig's Lawn Care Company particularly with their snow removal service. They come and remove the snow even before the streets are cleared. Sometimes I have also been unhappy because they haven’t paid attention to what I put on my contract. However, when I complain they usually do something about it. They are responsive. They are not perfect but they are reliable and do a good job. Their prices are fair. I will continue to use them in the future.

They are very good, punctual, reliable, and the quality of the work is very good and the price is very reasonable. Quality of the work.

I really like them; they are a good company and I will use them again in the future.

We have used Craig's Lawn Care for the last two years for grass cutting/lawn aeration/seeding and I foresee using them for many years to come.

They come once a week to mow the lawn. They are very responsive and reliable. I will use them in future.

They charge me $32 a time when they come out. They are great. They didn’t charge me when they didn’t come out during the summer. They are very neat and very pleasant people to have and to give the job. They did the mowing and trimming and they did an excellent job in both cases. I would continue to use them in the future.

They are very good. I have been hiring them for about 10 years.

I really like the work they do and trust the guys they send out to the house to mow, but the difficulty of scheduling has not improved with time and I am reluctantly finding another service provider.

CLC mowed my lawn from 2007 through 2009. In 2010, I went with another provided because I thought I could do better PLUS, there were billing issues with CLC (I had to track the dates after getting invoices for work that wasn't done). My 2010 provider (AMM Lawn Care) was even worse though (more expensive, less attention detail), so I called CLC in Early April 2011 and asked them to come back and give me an estimate for spring cleanup, bed prep and mulch in addition to regular lawn care. My call wasn't returned until a week later. They said someone would come by "in the next day or two" to see the yard. After no one came by for a week, I called back. I was assured someone would be by soon. Finally, I received a phone call at 6:30PM on a Thursday - the 14th I believe - from someone (Bill I think) saying he was on his way. Although not a great time, I was anxious to get my yard in shape. He spent an hour or so looking everything over and talking with me about what I wanted done. I told him I had guests coming and at the very least, I wanted to get going on the lawn mowing ASAP. He scoffed at that, but said he would work on the quote over the weekend and get it to me on Monday the 18th. It's now the 27th and I haven't heard a peep. In the meantime, I found someone else to mow my lawn and I'll be prepping and mulching everything myself. It's hard to believe such lack of professionalism when I was giving this company another chance. Apparently my business isn't welcome.

I was referred to Craig's by another contractor I had contacted. This contractor said he was fully booked through the end of the season, but had talked to Craig and knew he was looking to do several more jobs like mine before the end of the season. I called Craig's and left a message on the answering machine. When I did not get a return call, I called again two days later. This time Craig did call me back. He was very pleasant, and said he would come by the house the next day to look at the job "if it wasn't pouring rain." I did rain the next day, but not very hard. I was home all that day, but did not see him. I called again the next day to see if we could reschedule, and left another message. He never returned my call. This is apparently a small business which relies exclusively on an answering machine to take all calls - you never get a person answering the phone.

He's reliable, very good, and he does a very good job. He comes out himself every month or so to see how his crew is doing.

Their price is good and they do what they say they are going to do. They do a good job for a reasonable price. I think their work is equal to their price.

They do an excellent job. Everyone is very timely and conscientious. They are always willing to do whatever work I would like them to do. They always do the work with a smile. Craig is delightful. He is very nice to work with. I pay them on a weekly basis. I think that the price is competitive.

They come out once a week to clean my yard. They are very thorough. They do a great job at cleaning up after themselves. They make sure my lawn is clean and blow off everything from the sidewalk and my driveway before leaving for the day.

Reasonably priced, very reliable for mowing. Have used this company for mowing for 5 years. Did not have as good an experience with them for landscaping (i.e. mulching, trimming shrubs, etc.). Missed appointments for estimates, did not show on days work was to be performed, etc. May have improved since landscaping issue was 3 years ago.

Called to get estimate on cutting grass. Someone came out the next day and gave me a verbal estimate. Said I would get something in writing in a couple of days. Did not receive written estimate. Called to find out what happened. Never got a response.

Craig went through the yard with us and made recommendations of things we needed done and things we did not need done. He gave us a verbal estimate of the cost based on person per hours. He was very responsive by phone as we finalized the job. A three person crew arrived and worked in our yard for about 4 hours doing general cleanup (pulling ivy, clearing dead leaves, etc). One person had to leave early and he adjusted his price accordingly for the final billing. When we called him back a few months later for a problem we were having with a drainage issue in our yard, he came by and gave us a lot of good advice at no charge. So we ended up being able to do that work ourselves.

I called Craig's service to mow the lawn as I have acquired a herniated disc in my back and cannot work in the yard for a few months. Craig had his crew mowed my lawn the same day! The lawn and edging were done professionally and I am exceedingly pleased with the work. They have since returned once and the yard looks neat and clean. I have yet to see the contract or proposal, two weeks later, but I could not recommend Craig's service more highly.

Craig has been a tremendous help since my husband died. He is always on time to do the job and also helps me with other things. He hasn't raised the price on me for a while and that helps me with my budget. He will be here to help me as long as he wants. I pay him weekly.

I AM VERY PLEASED WITH THE WORK THIS COMPANY DOES. I HAVE USED THEM FOR A TOTAL OF TWO YEARS AND HAVE RECOMMENDED THEM TO MY NEIGHBOR AND SHE USES THEM NOW AS WELL.
