My first time having a chimney to clean so I don't know what to expect but they left black marks on wall, the wood stove panels don't sit flush anymore for whatever reason, and I had to call them back out because they left my stove locked and I couldn't figure out how to unlock it. We're hiring them for chimney work also. So that work remains to be seen. Decent prices, nice and knowledgeable techs.

Their step by step with pictures showing before and after gives you a better understanding of what your gutters look like. They call you during the cleaning. Good customer service.

The technicians were on time and courteous of my home. They cleaned , but I was expecting them to inspect the entire chimney. Not sure they did. They made sure the vent was according to code.

Left mess behind, did not clean up and did not wear protective shoe covers. Promised to send the photos of before and after, but still have not received anything. because of that difficult to assess the quality of work.

More work to be done it's been three weeks and no word from this company, even after email asking status. Not recommended

The technicians were on time, and professional in their approach to the cleaning. The lead sweep gave me some advice to watch for in the future, but it was nothing that had to be fixed right away. I appreciated his forthright honesty, and will be using them again for our next cleaning.

Pros arrived on time, but neglected to give me a 30 min heads up call. Once here they proceeded to protect the surrounding area to avoid staining. Wore booties and cleaned the chimney and inspected it. They made a few recommendations and taught my wife and I the proper way to use the chimney. Overall fantastic and professional work.

Very prompt and efficient. Need some other work done but they werent pushy about it, just laid out the facts.

They did a chimney cleaning and inspection for $100. They did a good job, but were 90 mins late. Got stuck in traffic which is understandable, but a phone call would be nice.

I am very grateful for that and it was cleaned to perfection. It looks like NEW! Travis and his Assistant were very courteous and explained what was being done during the entire process. I will most definetly ask for these technicians when I need anything done in the future.
