Job should be done right the first time, but they didn't do the job right the first time, the surface was not balanced for water to run down instead it stayed in few spots huge spots because surface was not level right. Water not run down it stayed on the spots and creates huge water PUDDLES and called the company the following month to come fix it, company personal/owner responded that they will come during summer since the temperature is hot I started calling them and asked them to come fix it, the owner and the company kept telling me we will come we will come, finally a week before my warranty expired the owner gave me nasty attitude and told me they will call BBB (better business bureau) and since the warranty expired he didn't even want to talk to me. I spent $25,000 dollars and their mistake for not having right equipment and not doing the job right the first time I had to call another company and spend another $900 to fix it. Very poor service and very bad response after job done.
