When I hired these guys to come and winterize my sprinkler system, they were quick to respond. The guy came out and winterized my sprinkler in about an hour and offered me a discount if I paid for the Spring turn-on at the same time. I did this, and now that Spring has arrived, I have contacted the company 3 times by phone and 2 times by email/website and have received no response. I've effectively been ripped off for the Spring half of the payment and require another company to turn my sprinklers back on. Very disappointed.

The technician was not knowledgeable of the sprinkler system and how to set it up for blowing out the irrigation lines. Once the tech figured out the system, the job was satisfactorily completed. I thought the price was a little high for a simple four-zone system. I did appreciate that the company scheduled the winterizing in a prompt manner.

The technician was there for few hours, it sounds like he does not have a good experience in what he is doing, he asked me to changed the whole sprinkler control panel, it appears to be there was an issue with the cable, they make me spend 400.00, where it suppose to be 125.00. the associate was literally started to ask for more money and arguing with me, so I have to pay $400.00, where the initial agreement was 125, then it went to $360, final price is $400
