I was contacted very quickly after submitting my request on home advisor. The technician made an appointment for the very next day as arrived as scheduled. He worked quickly and efficiently and his price was reasonable. I am very pleased.

This is the 4th company I've hired to maintain my sprinkler system which we've had for about 7 years. The first was way too expensive and the next two went out of business. I have 11 zones. I made the appointment online and VA confirmed. On day of appointment, they called to let me know they were running about an hour late and asked if that would be ok. VA came and turned on my system replacing one damaged head. One of the valves was giving a problem. VA tried to clean it out, but it was still failing. They returned early the next week and replaced all four valves to prevent future issues. That involved digging a big hole to expose the pipes. It took about 4 hours. I inspected what they had done before they put all the dirt back. It was much neater looking than the original installation. I've run the sprinklers through a number of times now with no issues. I plan to contact them in the fall for turn-off. The prices they gave me were not too high or too low but fair for the work done.
