They are terrific guys. They finished my sprinkler system project as expected. If there are things to change, they do that without any problem. I recommend them.

This company was first to call and showed up as expected. The rep appeared to be a very nice guy but it stoped there. My issue was that a great area of my grass was not getting proper water from existing system. He adjusted few head and added few extra but unfortunately did not leave me convinced that it did me any good. few days later I contacted him to come back for readjustment but never heard back. I don't see any value to the amount of money i spend and just as they say, my money went down the drain.

I had an emergency sprinkler issue where I needed a line rerouted during an air conditioning install. My air conditioning broke after about 14 years, and the new units are heavier and have to be installed on the ground with a box and gravel. This box had to go over a sprinkler line which would have caused an issue long term. I needed the line and head moved. This company sent a rep to fix it immediately, as it was stopping the AC install. Without their immediate assistance it would have stopped the air conditioning install and caused me to go longer without AC. They came to the rescue and I am very grateful. Thank you for a job well done.

Armando was pleasant and knows his craft. He did good service on our broken sprinkler system. It was kind of expensive but most probably worth it.

Timely and reasonably priced. The only problem is they left the old sprinkler heads laying all around.

Everything was great... except they charged me 275 bucks for a part that costed 70 bucks

Armando and team were outstanding. Highly recommend- very professional and reasonably priced.

I gave them a 2 in customer service because they were responsive and communicated their arrival time, especially when they were going to be late on a Saturday. The work required replacing two sprinkler heads and some adjustment and I was charged $275 which I found to be extremely expensive. I ve had similar work done nearly every year and it usually runs about $135-$150. I was told that $125 of the charge was for the visit, which I ve never been charged by any irrigation company in the past. The main above ground outside line was leaking and the cap needed to be tightened which they said they would do. Evidently, they did and cracked the cap, which we didn t realize until the system went on Sunday morning and water was gushing out of it like a fire hydrant probably for about two hours before we woke up and heard the water. Backyard was flooded. The system shouldn t even have been on because they offered to set the system up and I told them not to, that I would do it myself, to just shut it off when they were done, so that didn t happen either. Maybe it was just an off day for them, but based on all of this I would not ask them to return.

It was not clear that there was a $95 service charge in addition to cost of each head installed. Sprinkler system seems to be in great condition now.

Did come past the time we had agreed on but where very accommodate to ensure the job still got done that day and came out late in the evening to finish the job!
