VA Irrigation

The name on their invoice is different from what I selected on Home Advisor. I scheduled (confirmed through Home Advisor) for a Friday 10 a.m. appointment and they called my house several times on Thursday (without leaving a message), when I got home from work, they asked if they could come Thursday evening instead of Friday because they would not be in our area on Friday. Even though it was getting dark, we said yes. They said they would be at our house within an hour, they were not. I called them back. They said they were delayed at another job but were on their way and told me the street they were on (should have been less than 15 minutes away). 30-45 minutes later, I tried calling them again - no answer. My husband called them again and they said they arrived but it was the wrong address so they left (without calling us - they said they were at one of our neighbors houses). They turned around and came back, did the winterization of our system in the dark. They were apologetic and seemed to do a good job but their lack of timeliness and lack of communication were unsatisfactory. If they didn't have our address, why not ask for it. If they went to the wrong address, why not call us, they'd called several times that day already so it's not as though they didn't have our number. My husband dealt with them upon their arrival and said they were very apologetic and professional, but the issues before their arrival make me unable to rate them higher than a 3.0

On time and very professional for winterizing sprinkler system

He did it very fast. He cleaned up after his self was also very professional would highly recommend him.

Very responsive. Contacted me within 15 minutes of submitting a request and came to do the work the following morning. They even adjusted their schedule to fit my work schedule.

Ronald did an outstanding job. He was prompt, let me know when he was 20 min away. He explained all the steps as he did them. And VA Irrigation actually moved the appointment from Wednesday back to Sunday, so the sooner the better was appreciated.
