Frank did a great job getting our house ready for sale. He was flexible in working with us, as we were across the country. He very clearly knew what he was doing, made great recommendations, and was very reasonably priced. He painted our entire interior and parts of the exterior, painted our Kitchen cabinets, did a number of repairs, and laid a paver patio, doing a great job on each one. Highly recommended.

Very professional. Reasonable rates, work completed on time. Mr. Fouad was who I worked with. Came and gave me an accurate estimate, then the day of my painting job, arrived early to make sure that his workers and myself understood what they were doing and did another follow-up in the afternoon to make sure that I was happy with the work. His workers/crew were excellent, took their time but everything done in a timely manner and clean up was fantastic. I'd recommend the company to others.

Frank quoted a fair price and repaired my fence to my satisfaction on the same day.

Worst job ever! Hired to replace 2 balcony wood trim. I had to pay upfront for materials. I did get the receipt. He said he would work off ladders. He did not and worked from inside the balconies. He measures one side and cut all pieces the same leaving gaps. I just discovered he used staples and not nails. His paint job was awful. I told him where it wasn't covered. After an hour of his terrible workmanship I paid him and told him to leave. Today I repainted both balconies myself. This guy has no carpentry skills whatsoever. I hired based on HomeAdvisor rating and knowing he had to respond to them. I recommend HA drops him. Also he would not accept a check. BEWARE.

Frank came over the same day I initially contacted him, to give an estimate. We agreed on the price and a date for the work. He performed the job on time, for the agreed upon amount and with results that were greater than my expectations. I would highly recommend to others who are considering his services.

Frank, the owner of this one man company, is a nice guy but I'm here to talk about my experience employing him for a job I had. My agreement and Frank insisted on it was that Frank will only charge for the labor and I'd have to buy all the parts. He'd make a list of the parts and I'd have to go get them. If he had to accompany me to the store, he'd charge me $79 for it. First the good: He showed up on time, he had all the tools necessary to do the job, he finished most of the work on time or ahead of schedule. The bad: Communication. Primarily, if I were to employ him again, I'd make sure he understands what I am asking and I'd also do some work to make sure I understand what he's telling me. I felt he overcharged me because I expected him to do something and he thought I understood what he was going to do. He did offer me a lower charge for the work done, but if you are pressed for time and you feel like you need to go hire someone else to redo the work, then it defeats the purpose. Second, while Frank is good at doing minor work, I would not hire him for anything more. In fact, he did tell me the same himself. For instance, he told me he can do minor electrical work but anything major, I'd have to hire a licensed electrician, same with AC unit. Some advise to Frank: 1) Communication is not only about being able to speak a language, but to be able to convey the meaning of an idea, please pay some attention and make sure your customers get it. To the customers, same goes for you too. 2) When you tell customers to purchase parts, be very precise on what they should buy and don't charge them to go with them to the store to buy the parts, it'll save you some time and earn you good credits like a better review. You are almost guaranteeing the customers will buy the wrong thing and you'll then charge them extra, that is sneaky and not a good reflection on you. Having said all these, would I still employ Frank again? Well, given there are much worse people out there who'll literally take your money and run, I'd say the answer is a qualified yes.

I hired them to remodel my kitchen with Granit counter tops and re-finish the kitchen cabinets and they also did my three bedrooms hard wood flooring, they did a great job for a great price. Frank is a great honest person to deal with, definitely I will give them two thumbs up.
