A1 Repairs and Remodeling were fantastic! Weâ ve been trying to find someone to fix a number of projects around the house and they fixed ALL of them. Canâ t wait to hire them again!

Frank and the team had a very comprehensive project at my new house. I needed 3 rooms painted, 3 ceiling lights installed and 2 ceiling fans. Frank and team were on time and did all the projects in less than 2 days. Everyone was very professional and friendly. Very good experience and will hire again.

I highly recommend this company. The work done to repair my fence was high quality. The owner made sure to explain what needs to be done before starting the job, and stopped by the next day to ensure that the repair was completed to my satisfaction.

I had been hesitant for years about repairing our deck (that was completely rotting and falling apart!) because I didn t know where to start. I had looked around and seen extremely high prices and I just didn t want to start such a big job with someone I couldn t fully trust. Repairing our deck to me was like adding a new room to our home. I love sitting outside but the quality of our deck was so poor that it actually prevented me from being outside. When we told A1 Repairs and Remodeling about the goals we had in repairing our deck, they came to our house the same day and started working. Old wood was removed and replaced, the deck was power washed, sanded and painted all within a matter of days!! The quality of work was incredible. It honestly feels like my entire deck was replaced with a brand new one. The customer service was excellent, and the cost is much more affordable than others I ve seen. I would HIGHLY recommend this company for any home job you need.

I usually don't have high expectations for General contractors but this company has really exceeded my expectations. They have been punctual, honest and this contractor knows the tricks of the trade. I highly recommend A1 repairs and they will get any job done and very reasonable time. He helped me Repair my deck which I haven't given any attention to for 5 years. In a matter of no time he gather the materials give me a very honest estimate did the job and give me advice for the future.

Frank s customer service was amazing! He was very responsive and attentive to all the repairs I needed to have done. He explained how he was going to make repairs before he started the job, to give me an opportunity to understand what was causing the issues. It was a pleasure to work with A1 on a project that posed timing, location and budgetary challenges. The entire process from assessment, to quote, to completing the work was quick, efficient and most of all professional. They did part of the job and that part was done well. I do not believe I receive value fir my money as the underlining issue was not completed and I was already over charged for the project.

They were on time which was important to me. They worked very hard and finished in one day. I would hire them again.

Selected A1 Repairs and Remodeling to replace hardwood flooring and drywall. SA requested 50% down payment and I was to purchase the materials. Paid to have SA pick up the materials (generic list provided). Met SA at Lowe s and asked if I purchased the correct materials, he said it is good,do not worry. April 13th the subcontractor informed the SA that the wood was incorrect and would not work. SA said to just install it! Subcontractor repeatedly called SA and he said to just install and get the money! She is a woman and would not notice, just install and get the money!! After being informed by subcontractor, I called SA. He hung up and has blocked my number.
