What I originally thought was going to be a "simple" project turned out to be a little more complicated. CRH actually was able to come early for its appointment which worked out well. They added an outlet in the middle of a wall which they had to access from the attic (and my attic isn't fully floored so extra care had to be taken). Instead of studs being 18" apart, there were multiple studs in this wall (which when the house was built would accommodate putting cabinets on these walls). After careful probing and only one small "extra" hole, they were able to cut the sheetrock for the outlet. The installation of my chandelier over the jacuzzi tub proved again to be a little more complicated than I had anticipated. The recessed light fixture couldn't be removed to accommodate this new hanging light because it wasn't on a stud which the weight of the hanging light required. So, again through the attic, they found the stud and reviewed with me what my options would be. I made the choice and the installation went smoothly. The communication throughout this project was great, explanations on everything that transpired. Cleanup after was done and CRH reminded me that its work was guaranteed. If something didn't work right, call them to return. This company really strives to provide excellent service and a quality job ---which they did! CRH wants to be your electrician for life for anything you may need. I will without a doubt call them again!!!

CRH responded when other companies did not return my telephone calls calls. I called on a Friday and they were able to come on Tuesday. They arrived right on time as promised. Three electricians worked the project. Two replaced the outside overhead garage lights while the third electrician installed an electrical outlet in the ceiling for my garage door opening. They kept me informed of what thy were doing. Each of them was professional and very friendly. They cleaned up when they finished. The entire project took 45 minutes. I was very pleased with their response and their work. I will definitely call them again for future electrical work.

Came 15 minutes before appointed time. Polite and knew what to do . Told them how the lights were to be positioned. They suggested I have a light switch put in separate from a pull chain light which was extra. This work was done in the attic under our hip roof. Talk to Charles a few times before we settled on a price. The final price was fair.

Charles was professional and timely in responding to our request and completing the work. The previous contractors who had installed several recessed lights in the different bedrooms in our house had really messed up, and so we called CRH Electric to fix many of them that were coming loose. Charles was polite but a little brusque in his approach, but we didn't mind too much since he seemed to know what he was doing. he also provided us with a guarantee for his work and that they would no longer be an issue. It has been a few months since we completed this work, and for the most part, the lights have not given us any further trouble. However, we did recently notice that one of them is starting to come loose again, and we are going to watch a little while longer to see if any of the other lights do the same thing before calling CRH Electric to fix the issue. Hopefully, they will stand by their guarantee.

CRH is an A+ company

If CRH Electrical did not come my house would have burned down. I did not know my wires were burning and my panel was not wired correctly. My breaker kept tripping and I kept trying to start it which was not good. They came immediately and did a super job. Now I shall have a safe Christmas. Thanks again. Diane

Good price and prompt service

Work was done well, but price a little high. Explained all procedures and what needed to be done.

We hired them to fix our front porch light and landscape spot lights. Charles was very proactive to call us the morning of to give us an overview of what to be expected. They showed up ahead of time and discussed in details to understand the issues and our expectations of the work to be performed. I was quite impressed with Charles' vast knowledge and patience to explain to us the problems, root causes, options for the fix and his recommendation. At the end, they rewired the wiring and panel to meet safety standard (our wires were faulty wired), repaired our front porch lighting fixture, and instead of fixing three landscape spot lights, installed a new spot light which would give a much effective spot light for our front yard. Price was very reasonable for a very high quality work. In addition, we were pleasantly surprised on how great of their excellent customer service, we received a follow-up call from Charles a couple days later to reiterate their policy of 100% work guarantee and ask us to call him if we encounter any problem in the future. We were so impressed with their work and recommended them to one of our neighbours who was an elderly who also was blown away with their service. Not only Charles provided top notch services with excellent service, he also discounted some of the work for this elderly which put a big smile on our face. We highly recommended CRH Electric!!
