The men worked efficiently and cleaned up after themselves. They all the paper, etc. back in the light fixture boxes.

the only good thing about this company is they call immediately or maybe is bad thing, I have circuit breakers for hot water heater won't stay on, I tell Charles on the phone , Charles and his help come and they don't check the breaker but check the heater first then put on a such a show and tell me maybe the problem is more then just breaker it could be need to replace the element , so he have ask me to pay for 189.00 for this service. In realty I know it was the circuits breakers only, I did agree with the price because I want hot water , so he check the breaker ( which he should do at first place) the he say he have to do some google check about the breaker (why? I don't know) so he and he's helper stay by his service van have little talk for a few minutes then he come back with one 30 AMP 2 - pole circuit breaker change out. it take total of time 22 minutes . I am not much upset about the $$$$ but I am not happy with they honesty , They try to make thing much bigger then they are to scare the old lady customer , I am 64 I own few home before and have hire people change circuit breaker before but no one have treated me like stupid before----at lest this is how I feel

Pat W. I did my search for a recessed light in a down stairs shower at 2300. They contacted me via email at 0530 the next morning. Charles was very professional do to a cancellation they fit me in the same day. We agreed to 3 recessed lights and a vanity light. I will always call them for my electrical needs. Wonderful service.

Extremely responsive and great work. Showed up as soon as they could gave a very fair price and completed excellent work very quickly. They completed recessed lighting in two rooms and a few other small jobs in two days.

This company called me twice, the same day as I requested a quote through the Home Advisor web site. I described the work that needed to be done and the first person who called (said he was a partner) said that they could do the job for about $400. Then a little later another person called who said that he was the other partner and after discussing the job, they could do the work for closer to $300. Due to all the good reviews on-line I went ahead and hired them to come out the following week. They arrived on time and did the work in a clean and orderly manner. However the partner who arrived with his crew told me that the work would probably be closer to the book price of $589, and that his partner would not be happy with too much reduction in price. This is after both partners spoke with me on the phone and gave me lower estimates. Nothing, and I mean NOTHING changed about the work that I had described to them between the time that they took the job and the time that they performed the work. I agreed to go ahead and pay them $500, however in my mind this is bait and switch. I would not hire them again and I would not recommend them to anyone else.

He called me within 5 minutes of putting in the request. He was very prompt. His team was very courteous and polite.

They were very quick and responsive. They needed a little bit of guidance but for the most part they were great.

What can I say - the best folks I have dealt with in a long time. The only thing I was disappointed in, is that as a retired/older fella, I like to chat with the guys while they work. Fortunately for me, Charles would have none of that, and went right to work - not wasting a minute getting the job done. After checking out Home Advisor, Charles made contact within an hour, and offered to drop by, give me an estimate, and if I agreed, they would do the project that day. A couple hours later, they arrived - gave me a GREAT estimate - and went to work, completing the project in 2 hours (far less than it would have taken for my usual contractor to finish - and for far less $$$$. The final result was an excellent job for a reasonable price, by a courteous, professional, family owned business that I am confident that I will be using in the future. I highly recommend CRH Electric.
