My wife and I are in the process of doing an entire kitchen remodel right now. I contacted Charles about some electrical work that needed to be done in the kitchen (2outlets for a new gas stove, a microwave and one on our island, we also requested under cabinet lighting). CRH's quote was reasonable. So we decided to go with them. Charles and his partner arrived early, cleaned up after themselves, were very courteous and explained work prior, they also communicated during the job, went over all aspects of each item. Will recommend, and use again!

I got very professional job done with replacement of my circuit breaker box. Mr Hall and his partners were very knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient.

Charles seems to have issues that many fear in contractors. He was friendly and sold himself and his services as expert and the epitome of professionalism, but delivered anything but. He sold me, and I paid for, dedicated circuits, but when I checked after the job, he did not even touch the panel box. He tied into separate existing lines, which saved him time/money, but still charged me the full price for the dedicated circuits. He complained all day that he was not going to make any money on the job, and he asked me multiple times to pickup materials. Every opportunity he tried to shortcut while charging a premium. I am sure he is fine for builders who know their stuff and can babysit, but not for normal homeowners who will be taken advantage of.

They were the first outfit to contact me, within 5 mins. of HomeAdvisor request. Were able to come out in less than hour, efficient but thorough. Corrected problems for which contacted and found some additional pressing issues needing to be fixed. Did no work without first explaining issue and obtaining permission.

Very good follow up, worked with me closely to ensure work met expectations. This was a ceiling fan install that required wiring with minimal cut/patch (walls had recently been painted). Very nice work, took the time to really explain process. They also patched work (drywall) so all I had to do was sand and repaint a couple very small areas.

My experience the estimate came after I explained that 2 halfway lights stopped working. They removed the light covers and checked the switch with a device and estimated the cost at $389,00. I agreed because a wiring problem could have been in the walls or attic, but all that was done was clip wire ends, strip ends and reattached to one light switch. Put the switches and covers (3 each) back into switch boxes. Just think that was a little expensive for what was actually needed for the repair. About 5 minutes of actual work.

Came the day we talked, very polite and thorough. /no mess

Mr Hall and his team were very professional, detailed and skilled. Glad to know there are still contractors with ethics, attention to details and great customer care. You definitely get more than what you pay for. Worth every penny. For sure I m not looking for another master electrician- this one is the real deal! Thanks Mr Hall and team! The Owner/Lead Tech is the best at making sure the customer is completely satisfied with the service. In addition, if he sees anything else thatâ s wrong outside of the job he was hired for, he will inform /educate the customer with no expectation of securing the work to fix it. A+
