Very nice and timely and the work looks great

Mike is a true professional. Very nice guy, as well. After we had part of our ceiling collapse, he walked in one day, spent about 15 min, eyeballed the damage, and said I'll be back in 3 days, after he finished another job. He showed up 3 days later, and within 5 hours, the job was completed. They cleaned up the job afterwards as well. This is the guy you want to do plastering.

He contacted me when he said he would (and when he was on the way). He was on time, which was very important to me. They had their stuff in arm when they arrived, very prepared, fast workers, cleaned up well, very neat and not messy. They were conscientious of their work. He let me ask questions and watch the work being performed.

I was well pleased with the job that was done. Mike and Carl were excellent to work with. Called last evening and Mike was able to get the job done today. Very efficient and was a pleasure to have them do the work at my home. Job well done!!

Excellent customer service!! Finding a good company that does plaster ceiling repairs are not so easy. Mike Mills called back promptly and although I was out of town he was available to go look at the job and give me a complete schedule of when he could do it and how long it would take. His price was reasonable and fair. I’d recommend Mills Family Plastering and General Contractors to anyone needing quality work and great customer service!
