WATCH OUT FOR RETURN POLICIES--I returned a mattress for a lower priced mattress and they would NOT give my money back OR a store credit. They just said they are keeping my money and it was too bad. The female owner denied ever meeting me and discussing return policy. She said the comfort guarantee comes from the manufacturer and the store had no obligation to return the difference of nearly $400.00. And they were nasty about it too. -BTW- Haverty's will refund your money if you exchange for a lower priced item. I bought there to support the local small business. When I furnish the rest of my house, I will go to big business.

There was an 1 - 3 inch gap between the cushions on the sofa and loveseat. I called to attempt to get some assistance. I made several calls before I finally got a call back. When I did get a call, they simply said they didn't think Four Seasons would do anything for me. I asked them to contact Four Seasons and ask. I received a call back and was told Four Seasons would make new cushions but it would be an additional $500-600. I told her I didn't think I should have to pay anything. She then said she would need the original cushions and it would take 6 - 8 weeks to get the replacements. She said and did everything possible to discourage me from insisting on replacements. I finally did get replacements. They are no better than the first ones. It is just my husband and myself. This furniture has not been abused. It is just poorly constructed furniture and this store insists on passing it off as acceptable.
Description of Work: I purchased Four Seasons furniture and the cushions were separating.

I had a bad experience dealing with them. I placed an order get 95% of the order and they lack of keeping delivery of the order and keeping me informed. They were not very courteous and I felt discriminated against.I got a full refund from them.

I placed an order for a sofa, loveseat and chair manufactured by Four Season Slipcovered Furniture. I went to the store a few times before I could place the order. When I did place the order, the lady that took the order tried to point me to the more inexpensive fabrics. I definitely felt that because I presented in work clothes (home inspector and appraiser), I was treated, probably with a little less interest. The furniture arrived and after a short time the cushions gapped significantly (in some cases, as much as a few inches). When I called to get service, I was told that they (Esprit Decor) could contact Four Seasons, however they didn't know if they would do anything or not. A few weeks passed, I never received a call back so I followed up. I was told they (Esprit Decor) would have to return the cushions and that meant I would be without cushions until Four Seasons decided whether to replace the cushions. After some discussion, it was agreed that Four Seasons would forward three new cushions, but I had to have the original cushions onsite and ready to be taken by the person delivering the new ones. Again, I felt as though Esprit Decor thought I was trying to get something over on them. The reception and followup were not what I would have expected. I have purchased a good amount of furniture in my lifetime, however, I have never been made to feel more unwanted. In the end, I am not at all happy with the Four Seasons Furniture (cushions gap), nor would I consider going back to Espirt Decor.

Took delievery of both chair and love seat. First noticed that batton that supports the calf of your legs were loose on both love seat and chair. Fixed myself. Later noticed chair was squeaking a lot. Turned it over a frame was split. Notified Espirt de Corps and they sent rep out and determined that the chair would be replaced. It was. Then we noticed that our clothes and our hair was being tinned red from the furniture.We complained and EdC replaced with a different fabric also in red, not our first choice. Furniture was made by Lane. When new furniture was delivered by wife determined that it also was giving up its red color. She opted to keep the original chair and love seat. On complaining, the person who took her call said, "she had red furniture and it didn't stain or come off". My wife said "exactly". That was the end of our conversation and nothing else was ever done about the furniture. We finally gave it away.

When they delivered the furniture, they damaged the walls and the celing. They sent someone out to look at the damage and plaster the walls. They were supposed to come back and fix the rest of the damage but they never did. We did file a compliant with the Better Business Bureau, which I did.

They have high quality furniture at a reaasonable price every day. Unlike companies that have the "sale of the century" every weekend, they discount virtually all their furniture about 55% everyday. They also have a full line of flooring and did a fantastic job installing hardwood floors for us, upstairs and down, including the stairs..
Description of Work: We have bought virtually all our furniture here for years. In addition we replaced our carpet with hardwood floor from them.

We went twice to look at furniture, and the salesperson we spoke with photocopied multiple couch info sheets for us to take home and look at. The second time we went in, we picked out fabric for the couches and for the pillows. The salesperson was very helpful, patient, and spent several hours helping us pick out our design and fabric.

The floor looked like a new floor when they were done repairing the dent. You couldn t even tell where they made the repair. The floor looked beautiful. The only downfall was that it took six weeks to get a rep out here to do the job, but I was happy with the work. My floor was still under warranty.

We picked out the carpet and set a time for the installation. We removed the old carpet ourselves before they showed up. They did an excellent job of laying and stretching all of the carpet. They came out when they were scheduled, and did the job quickly.

The carpet installed was nice, of good quality and they did a good installation job. The carpet is holding up well, as there are no tears or bunching. They finished the job in two days. One crew came the first day and did one room. A different crew come two weeks later, to finish the other bedrooms. The foreman on the first crew had a bit of an attitude, we didn't appreciate that.
Description of Work: They installed new carpet in my three bedrooms. They also removed my old carpet.
