Just a solid good service experience,, We were moving so we had them pick up the two carpets at our old address and deliver them back to our new address. Found the customer service to be very good.

It went excellent the area rug was really dirty and they brought it back and it looked brand new.

Willy did a great job of cleaning the carpeting -- with all the stains. Now I'm ready to move in to my new home.

Cleaned very well for the most part. Had a dog urine stain that smelled after cleaning. They came back and cleaned it to my satisfaction.

Good service but I really expected the rug to look better than it did. Don't know if it was their fault or if the rug needed special treatment.

I decided to use Ayoub based on the excellent reviews the company had received on AngiesList. I am glad I used them because on the whole they did an excellent job. They are very professional and courteous in every respect from the contact I made with them to arrange for the rugs to be picked up to the special pricing they offered and the staff who picked up and later delivered the rugs after they were cleaned. After the rugs were cleaned, the difference was amazing: they looked like brand new rugs. The colors were revived and the soiled areas were cleaned. They offered me a special deal of cleaning three rugs for the price of two as long as I delivered the rugs to their premises. I could not do that given the weight and bulk and so i asked them if they would honor the deal and pick up the rugs from my house which they agreed to do. The only reason that I am giving them a "B" on quality was because one of the rugs had several spots on it and when I brought it to the attention of the people who delivered them after cleaning, they said that every effort had been made to remove the spots. After they left, we used some spot remover and with relatively little effort, the spots disappeared. I would have thought that this was something that they could have done themselves. But overall, they really did an excellent job.

They seem to be the very best carpet cleaners around. We have used them several times at our home and rental properties and they get the carpets cleaner than anyone else we tried. In fact, we thought we would need to replace all of the carpet in a rental townhouse after the renter hired another company and the carpets were left dirty and stained so we thought they were ruined. We had ayoub come in for a cleaning and every sopt came out except one. I knew they were good but was amazed at the results!! I wouldn't try anyone else. They will usually give a 10% discount if you ask in addition to their reasonable prices..

Pickup and delivery was on time. The cleaning was very well done. The rugs needed to be picked up from a different address than they were returned, and that all went very smoothly.

Pretty satisfied in general, but one rug ran a small bit and was a little out of shape from hanging. Other 4 rugs fine.

They came at the time we agreed upon, immediately went to work, protected/moved the furniture as needed, did the work, put back the furniture and departed. All done extremely well.

Two young men arrived on schedule, performed the work requested and left about two hours later. The price seemed a little high, but we had agreed to the price in advance. Carpet looked good at the conclusion of the job and virtually all of the spots were removed. Due to a prior appointment, I did not have time to remove two chairs, one stool and two end tables before they arrived. Rather than move them to an area that was not going to be cleaned (tile foyer about 6 feet away) the men placed carpet protectors under the legs of these pieces of furniture.

It went very well. They did a great job-efficient, professional, and helpful.

When it looked like we might be moving overseas on short notice, I called Ayoub Carpets. i wasn't sure whether cleaning could restore my carpets or if I needed to put in new carpet. Ayoub was very knowledgeable and confirmed my guess that no cleaning could restore my old builder grade carpets. I've lived in Fairfax County since the early 1980's and knew Ayoub had a solid reputation for quality service and fair pricing. Although our move was cancelled, my interactions with Ayoub lived up to my high expectations. They came out promptly, provided a very competitive estimate, and showed me several carpets that I liked. I wouldn't hesitate to call them again if we ultimately move.

We were very pleased with Ayoub's service and professionalism. They came out to our house two times prior to the installation to provide a quote and to help us pick/match the new carpet. They were always punctual and polite. We will definitely hire them again if we need flooring work done in the future.

Brian, the sales consultant, was very professional, prompt and friendly when providing an estimate and throughout our communications. Ayoub Carpet Service (ACS) did an exceptional job on our carpets, especially compared to another vendor I've used in the past. A lot of that black stuff that collects along walls was removed and they even did a good job of lessoning some red paint stains. Thanks for the great experience!!

The resulting work was on target and very satisfactory. I would confidently use them again for all my good rugs.

They did a great job. They came out right away and were very nice.

They arrived on time. They cleaned carpet on stairs and did a good job. Cleaned hallway on second level. I pointed out the stains on carpet. The spots came back. They did not clean my family area carpet to this date. The fibers keep shedding in clumps - this has never happened? And, I have had the carpet cleaned before.

When they showed up, they took measurements and actually ended up revising the estimate originally provided downward instead of following the previously agreed to price. They took pains to protect the hardwood floors from their equipment and shoes and were sensitive to the fact that our pet cats favorite hiding spot is underneath the bed, until the vacuum starts to run. They removed a really heavy rust stain inside a closet that I thought all hope was lost on. Overall, the service was quick, professional, and exceeded my expectations (especially for that rust spot!).

Worked out very well. Will use them again.
