Ayoub Carpet Service

I have a special where I can get carpet cleaning for a discounted price from them. They installation went just fine. I went to them to pick out the flooring by looking at their samples. They were very easy to schedule with. All of the work Ayoub did was perfect.

They were on time to pick up. They did call ahead to tell me they would be late returning the rugs. However, they certainly did it in the allotted time before I moved. I have not had the chance to unroll all the rugs in my new home but as far as I can tell, they did a good job. The price was reasonable, they were courteous, and prompt.

They do a very good job and the service was excellent. I was born and raised in DC and I have known their name for a long time. They have a great reputation in the area. They pick up and deliver the rugs. They are on time with scheduling but it does take several weeks to dry because they have to hang dry all the rugs.

The service was excellent. They are very professional, cleaned up well, and completed the work quickly. They were honest and we felt it is well worth the price.

We had two oriental rugs that my son brought back from Afghanistan. His puppy got sick on one of them and it left a big stain. They cleaned the rug, but some residue remained. They returned and did it again and the rug looks great- like new! They were very pleasant and anxious to help. The men were very knowledgable and prompt.

The employees who picked up the carpets and also delivered /returned the carpets were very professional and also friendly. These individual did a professional job of rolling up the carpets at pick up and also did a very good job of re-laying the padding and the carpets after cleaning. The workmanship of the cleaning job was good. I will definitely use them again. One of my carpets was an authentic Persian rug and needed to be hand cleaned. The workmanship was very good.

Not only were the two jobs very well done but the experience was also very pleasant. All the professionals we were in contact with (Pete, Brian, Ryan, the installers) were courteous, knowledgeable and helpful. In addition, Mr. Ayoub seems to be an excellent businessman and manager. When there was a small disagreement regarding the senior discount in Angie's List, he kindly gave us the benefit of the doubt and the discount, which he could have ignored. In return, he has gained another satisfied and grateful customer. My recommendation: There is no reason to look for any other company in this area (and I checked at least six before deciding on Ayoub Carpet Service.)

Upholstery cleaning was fine; they weren't able to remove all the spots, though. Two workers worked quickly, politely and quietly. It didn't take too long. I also had them take a small 3 X 5 carpet to their facility to remove damaged fringe. They will deliver the carpet on 9/11/2013, at a cost of $90, COD.

Overall the cleaning went fine, but within a month or so the soiled spot on the carpet reappeared. I'm not sure of this is a reflection of the quality of the cleaning service or just the nature of the carpet and it's stain.

The oriental had 10 years of dirt and developed "folds" so they cleaned blocked it. looks great. The other rug was wool but looked like sisal. The guy who picked it up said "I can't make you any promises." It came back beautiful!

It went very well. They worked efficiently and quickly. The estimate given on the phone was very accurate and everyone I dealt with was pleasant and professional. Would use them again without even considering another company

They were very knowledgeable and courteous. Even though I have not hired them, yet, they explained what they could do and the approximate cost, even giving me a discount if I decided to have my carpet cleaned, as well.

Ayoub came exactly when they said. The guys told me about the process and how much each addon would cost so that I could make an informed decision. The next day the shop called to tell me one of the rugs was bleeding when they tested it. I told them to go ahead and was fully expecting a faded rug returned to me. I was surprised to get back a beautiful rug that they had really worked on

The work went really well. The provider was very efficient and respectful. The stained areas look much better. I just thought $368.00 was alot for the space involved but the job WAS well done.

They were on time, professional, took and followed directions regarding fragile tiems in the home. I've used them more than once and would continue to use them for this and to clean furniture.

Although the installed carpet was of good quality, it had not been cleaned in over five years. Ayoub described the service in great detail and did exactly what was promised. Their sales personnel were very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. The finished job was excellent, beyond expectations. The oriental rugs were restored to their bright and luminous original condition. Their sales personnel inspired confidence, and again the job exceeded expectations. I wouldn't hesitate to give them any woven fiber job, and will confidently refer my friends with similar needs.

They got down on their hands and knees and cleaned very bad dark filtration lines. They did a beautiful job. It only took them 2 hours.

I brought my area rug to the ACS offices in Chantilly. Two technicians met me at the door and carried my rug inside without me having to lift a finger. The General Manager Pete took the time to give me at tour of their impressive cleaning plant. The rug was extremely dirty and I wasn't sure if it would come clean. After cleaning the rug looks like its brand. All stains and dirt completely gone. I would recommend ACS to everyone. Great Job.

From the initial contact by phone to the final delivery of two cleaned rugs, my experience with this company was top notch. Scheduling the pick up was very easy and I was called right before they arrived. It took just over 3 weeks for the rugs to be cleaned and dried and the results are amazing. The fringe on the oriental carpet looks like new and the colors are much more vibrant. A first rate job all the way around!

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. They're very good. I've used them repeatedly. They're a good company. They're really skilled and they take their time to do it right. They're knowledgeable.

The services were great, called before they were coming telling me where they were. As soon as they got here, they put on the little shoe covers before they stepped on my floors. They were courteous, quick, thorough, and communicated very well. The final price was the price they had quoted me.
