I was pleased with the quality of their carpet cleaning. Also, they were able to repair 2 oriental rugs.

I called Ayoub to steam clean the carpet in my home. They arrived on time and were very professional; and making the appointment with Nancy was easy. They called about 30 minutes before arriving, and had no trouble cleaning the carpets in my third floor condo. Their prices are much higher than the yellow truck, but the quality and time they spent was worth it. My carpet looks and feels brand new; and I will definitely call them in a few months for another cleaning.

It was an excellent experience. They were extremely professional and very clear about present pricing. They were conscientious in the house. I was impressed with their work.

Ayoub Carpet is absolutely fantastic. They really helped us out by coming on very short notice to fix the damage created by another company. This other "green" carpet cleaning company basically ruined our carpets - we were dismayed after they "cleaned" and left chemical residue and crunchy, uneven texture all over our carpets, as well as created 6 or 7 carpet bubbles or ripples. Ayoub sent two separate teams of technicians - the first team (Stewart and Marco) had to stretch the carpet to repair the damage created by Oxifresh. The second team (Jon and Atef) recleaned the carpets using their hot water extraction method, which is clearly a FAR superior cleaning method. We were incredibly relieved that they were able to nearly restore our carpets to their original state. In addition, the teams were extremely punctual, worked quickly, and were respectful and professional. If you are a homeowner and care about your carpet, do yourself a favor and hire Ayoub to clean your carpets. It is worth a little extra money to have it done right.

They did a wonderful job. They are very good at what they do! They even showed up in the terrible weather that we are having! I am very pleased with their service.

I bought a 13 x 9 wool area rug for our living room, not realizing that it would be too big to clear our radiator. I called around and spoke with Ayoub Carpet about resizing the rug. They were able to arrange a pick up, quote me a price, and confirm that they would accept my coupon over the phone. The rep who would be working on our rug called it verify and to make sure I was aware of some minor damage that had occurred when the rug was shipped to me from the company. We got our now two rugs back a week early and they look great. The binding blends in well, even though it was not the same as the original. The delivery men were prompt, professional, and courteous.

We worked closely with Ryan, who helped us select the type and color of carpet that made the most sense for our needs and budget. No one at Ayoub tried to up-sell us, and it was one major reason we went with them. They also really knew their product. Everyone was timely, accurate, helpful, and there were no surprises. The carpet we ended up selecting is eco-friendly and that was important to us, so worth paying a bit extra for. Our formerly unfinished basement has been transformed into a lovely family room. I'm so glad we found Ayoub on Angie's List.

I provided a photo of the damaged area. Dan took the time through emails and a phone conversation to thoroughly explain their recommendations, make the appointment. Technician called (at my request) when he was on his way.

Great work - very nice, professional and helpful. They were hired to stretch existing installed wall to wall carpet that had $200 for the first hour. They finished the first room (bedroom) so quickly, that I asked them to look at the basement and let me know if they thought they could get that space done as well. They went straight to work - moving furniture and helping to disconnect TV/Audio/Xbox. They finished moving, stretching and replacing the furniture in 45 minutes! Looks like new. Wish I had don't this years ago.

Cleaned family room and home office carpeting. Overall carpeting was cleaner but while some soiled spots were removed other areas seemed more soiled.

Ryan was very pleasant salesperson to deal with and tried to get me a good deal for carpet and installation. Worked with me to arrange for the carpet based on timing of existing renovation. Ryan also arrived ahead or workers to talk about what was to happen and then walked thru the install with the installers prior to leaving. Carpet was installed well. The only issue I had was the amount of dings on the new shoe molding and walls which required quite a bit of spackling and touch-up. Better care needs to be placed during the install process to minimize damages to the owners wall. This was especially disappointing give it was a newly renovated area and in pristine condition. Overall, dealing with Ayoub was a very pleasant experience and we are enjoying the new carpet!

Very courteous and helpful on the phone. Arrived on time to pick up carpets and would have moved them from under the furniture had I not rolled them myself. Returned them in two weeks at agreed upon time. Moved furniture to perfectly reposition the carpets. Carpets appear cleaner than when new. The cost was under the estimate. The Angie's List discount was very helpful.

Picked up two oriental rugs(6 x 9 and 10 x 17) from home we had sold, cleaned them and delivered them to two different locations. They were prompted at all sites. They did an excellent job with the cleaning. I would highly recommend them.

This is the third time the carpet had been cleaned. Never has it looked so bright and clean.

The Ayoub carpet technicians did a fabulous job on all carpets,rug and upholstery, the work they did was outstanding! My carpeting had not been cleaned for several years, the service we had been using was no longer availabe and I wasn't trusting of other services having had two wretched experiences in the past. There are two large dogs that are part of the family and as pet lovers know dogs can be tough on carpeting! The carpeting was spotless when the technicians finished and I do mean spotless! There was no chemical order during or after the cleaning process and the carpeting, upholestary and rugs were dry to the touch immediately after the cleaning process. The technicians moved all the furniture to get to carpet surfaces not easily reached and made sure each piece of furniture was replaced exactly. The Persian rugs were glorious after they had been cleaned, the colors were once again brillant and rich in texture. I had never dared to get these rugs cleaned before too concerned about their safety. I no longer have that concern after using Ayoub. The technicians were fabulous and a delight to have in our home! It was obvious they took pride in their work, the quality of the work they did and their attitude toward their work and our home and our satisfaction make them fantastic representatives of Ayoub Carpet Service. The technicians were prompt, efficient and hard working answering all of our questions and never making us feel we were in their way. Almost two months have passed since the work was done and the carpeting is still spotless as are the upholstery and the rugs thanks to the excellent work of the technicians and the effort Ayoub Carpet Service puts into to training and supporting their staff to provide a wonderful customer experience. In future I will only use Ayoub for my carpet needs whether it is cleaning existing carpeting or replacing the carpeting and rugs. A wonderful company that I highly recommend.

We've had rugs cleaned by them. We've purchased carpet from them. They're extremely professional. They're communicative about why a particular carpet is cleaned, how it's going to be cleaned, and what results you can expect. As far as purchasing rugs, they are super educated on what different kinds of materials are and what would be best for you. I think the prices are excellent. You don't have to sift through a bunch of junk in their showroom. Everything they carry varies in prices and is all good quality. They're not high pressure. They're really great.

The 70 year old oriental runners look brand new. They feel great and look great! I dropped them off because I live so close, although they would have picked them up. I got a call within a week that they were done. I will definitely use them again!

I called on 9/27 to get a quote on cleaning 2 rugs and storing 3 rugs. The woman gave me quotes and I mentioned that the storage quote was much higher than other competitive quotes. She said she would talk to the owner about matching my quote. She wanted to set my pickup schedule for Tuesday. I told her it would be best that we determine the owner's answer before agreeing to all rugs being picked up. She said she would call me with that information on Monday, 9/30. I never heard from her. On Tuesday, 10/1, upon returning home, I had a voicemail from the pickup crew saying they were enroute to pickup my rugs. There was not a time stamp on the message. I called the company and spoke to a gentleman there. I explained the above. He just kept asking me if my rugs had been picked up. And then I would re explain the above. And then he kept asking if I left the rugs on the front porch and I would re explain the above. Finally after quite a while of this, he put me on hold. A woman picked up and asked to help. She was adware of more of my first conversation than I had explained to the gentleman. When I asked she said she was looking at some notes from my initial call. After a few minutes of discussion she finally said that they don't store rugs that they haven't cleaned. While that may be the policy, why not tell people from the beginning instead of giving a quote for storage? Or ask if they need to be cleaned? Honestly, it almost seemed made up. Anyway, the bottom line is the lack of both customer service and promised follow up as well as a questionable policy after five days of an initial call is extremely unprofessional. Such a shame as I have used them in the past.
