Ayoub Carpet Service

Carpet installed about 10 years ago needed stretching in several places. All parts of the process went easy - calling and getting their pricing, scheduling a visit, repair man was prompt and took less than 1 hour to do the work. Everything went great. They also had an Angie's list discount that saved $50.

It was great. I’ve used them several times. I was really happy with his results. I’ve also used them to clean my boss’s oriental rug. The same technician came both times with an assistant. They did a really good job. My oriental rug was given to me by a friend and was rolled up for while and she said she had it cleaned. When I got it there were stains and had Ayoub came to pick it up and delivered when they were done cleaning it. Not all the stains came out. They were efficient and friendly,. I would not hesitant to use them again.

Installer arrived on time. They were very neat--cleaning up as they went. Despite the small job they were very friendly and polite. I would definitely use them again.

They went to work quickly and efficiently, restretching and reseaming as required by the situation. I had put this off for years because I was worried about the logistics of doing this in furnished rooms. Had I know it was this easy to have done, I would have done it long ago. Some of the ripples had been there for 4 years or so and on those the pile of the carpet is visually different still but the ripple is completely gone. I'm going to get the carpet cleaned next and I think that will help the pile adjust.

They picked the rugs up when it was convenient for me, and I'm not home very often. However, I'm not very happy that they are insisting to charge an additional $30-$50 because they said my 2nd rug was larger than was specified in the big deal fine print. The people that picked up the carpet didn't measure anything or know anything about the Angie's List deal. They were very polite and responsive but when the company called back, they wouldn't budge on the extra price.

Ended up using them for something completely different than scheduled for! We had an appointment scheduled with Ayoub for carpet cleaning and the afternoon before we had a water pipe burst that soaked and Oriental rug. I called the company and let them know we had a completely different issue… it was close to 5 pm but there was someone there and he was able to talk me through the process they would go through in the morning. When the crew arrived, they had been alerted and were prepared for the water damage. They also took the initiative to ask about the furniture… looked at it and suggested we deodorize the sofa and one chair which we did. They took the carpet, cleaned and deodorized it and returned it good as new.

They put them back where I wanted them and I was really please with their work. I would recommend them very highly. Nice people to deal with.

They are holding my carpet. They contacted me about a week and a half ago and told me my carpets were ready and I asked them to please hold off because I was having some painting done, which now I am not going to have done until after I get a tax refund so I probably should call them and tell them to delivery them. The deal was two rugs for the price of one and I had called them six to eight months previous and they were going to charge me two something and I don't remember what it was for my one big carpet and so this way for 239 I get both carpet done these are orientals one in the living room and one in the dining room, which is smaller so I grabbed it because I was getting less than they quoted me for the single rug six months ago. It has been 20 years since I had them cleaned. The guys that picked up the rug I had to ask are you an owner I mean he was knowledgeable and it was just amazing and he is telling me all these things and then when I called me I said well the gentleman that picked him up is he a owner, he said oh no no. The guy knew what he was talking about. They are top notch service provider. They are excellent. They are great. I would absolutely use them again in the future.

My experience with them was excellent. This was the first time I had an oriental carpet cleaned. They were very good, prompt, and professional. They moved all the furniture off the rug before they took them and then put all the furniture back. The carpets are beautiful. They did a nice job on the carpet. I got a special.

I purchased a big deal coupon for this company. They did the cleaning and they did a good job. They came and picked it up and brought it back as promised. They did what they said they were going to do at the price they said they were going to do it. The quality of workmanship was good. I did ask for some extra services, I needed carpet mats to go underneath and so they got those to order for me.

They were very friendly on the phone and knowledgeable. They answered a lot of questions and knew what they were doing. I will definitely use them again!

it went very well. Ryan is a grey communicator. and the installers do excellent work.

They are really, really good. They are courteous and careful with furniture and etc. They also where slippers over their shoes.

ACS has helped me for 25 years. I plan to have new flooring/carpet installed by them soon. I wouldn't have anyone else.

We had a flood in the basement that led to us waning to get them cleaned. They did good work. They were really consciousness of handling the rugs with care. Although, one of the rugs was obviously cleaned it still had a slight smell to it from the previous water damage.

Agreed on a carpet and color. We were advised we would be contacted the following Monday to setup a time for them to come to the house to measure. They never called.

We treked out the Ayoub showroom in Chantilly. It was worth the trip. They had tons of selection in every price range. They explained why they used 8lb /ft3 pad for carpets as opposed to 6 lb/ft3 that some others were quoting us. We did not feel like there was any sales pressure. I think they felt assured that they had a good product for every price range and they stood behind their quality so felt no need to ram the latest sale or low priced thing down our throats. The only thing I found interesting is that the salesman just gave us a quote on the back of a business card. All the other quotes we got were more detailed so that we knee what was in the cost. I had to email the salesman a few times asking for details so that I got in writing what the price entailed. Weird but we worked through it. The crew who installed was professional and quick. We would use them again. Just wish there was a showroom closer than Chantilly!

Ayoub is wonderful! While I don't want my stuff to get stained again, I know who I will call immediately! As soon as I called, a friendly and funny staff person told me where to bring my damaged cushions and what to expect. I was greeted in their Chantilly office and again briefed on what to expect. They asked for a week but didn't need it. They offered to deliver for free but instead I stopped in for pick up and was amazed to see brand-new looking cushions and pillow. Beautiful!!! I have already recommended Ayoub to several friends with kids. Excellent, skilled service. At first I thought it was expensive -- but they saved my sofa, which is the foundation of my entire room -- so really I got a good value. Will count on Ayoub again!

Went well. Stuart was friendly and professional. With respect to price, they were almost 40% less than another highly rated Angie ' s list vendor.

Great service and good customer contact. However, cleaning carpets is not cheap. I delivered and picked u but small rugs and runners were over $50. That said ... worth it.

Very pleased with service. I called on Tuesday and they came on Thursday. Great to have such quick service. Crew was very professional and efficient. Carpets & sofa look good. Only one stain could not be extracted. Pricing wasn't cheap, but reasonable. You get what you pay for. Used the Angie's List 15% off coupon, which helped. Would definitely recommend and use again.

After getting bids from three providers to replace wall-to-wall carpet on two floors of our townhouse, we found Ayoub's price fair and their service superior. In choosing and installing carpet, both the sales person and the installers are important. At Ayoub, Ryan Gallahan seemed more like a consultant than salesman. He helped us select pad and carpet that proved an excellent choice. Ryan didn't "sell" but rather advised and helped us interpret industry stats and lingo. On installation day, Carlos and his two assistants Rene and Marcelo showed up on time, worked steadily, and turned in a meticulous job. They handled heavy furniture with care and left very few marks on walls and baseboards. They responded to every suggestion and request. The billing and business end proved straightforward: no surprises. We would recommend Ayoub and we plan to give them first consideration for services that we may need in the future.

They came to the home on time and inspected my rug. I had workers installing a skylight that had left some type of dark mark all over the rug so I needed it cleaned. The gentleman from the rug cleaning company looked at the stains and felt certain they could get them out. He also looked at the rest of the rug and noted an area of mold that must have been due to a spill a couple of years ago, the mold was on the underside of the rug. He explained the importance of controlling the mold and said they would put a special treatment on it that would help. They took the rug and kept it a few weeks returning it in beautiful condition. The area that had the mold looks remarkably better. We were very happy with the job they preformed and their experience.

Rugs came out beautifully. Runner hadn't been cleaned at all in 30 years, colors were vibrant and looked like a brand new rug. Very pleased with service.
