All went well. They are not the cheapest but quality of work is superb. Will use them again.

As a Realtor, I have recommended Ayoub most highly to all of my clients and customers for many years, and all have been quite satisfied. A few chose to use a less expensive carpet cleaning service but then have not been as happy with the results. They are excellent with hard-to-lift stains as well as have an additional pet-stain cleaning option. This company's service and professionalism are outstanding.

I explained before they got here that the rugs were very stained and they came prepared. I have used this family owned business for many years and get great service. As with any professionals I pay close attention to make sure the job is completed as I wish. But their people are polite, professional, and do good work. I recommend them.

Great - they arrive on time, set up the cleaning operation and proceeded to clean the carpets. All the members of the crew had a job and each did their job very efficiently and completely. Very pleased with the results

ACS was very professional and punctual. When they arrived they asked a few questions to confirm the work to be done, did a quick walk through of the area that needed cleaning, then explained in detail the work they would perform. When the work was completed, they walked through again with me to verify the quality of cleaning done. The techs offered some advice on how to keep the carpet clean and provided some spot remover in case there were accidents that occurred after the cleaning. On another note, when I called to schedule, the owner took the call and went out of his way to offer a price that would get me as a customer. He offered a very fair price for the work requested.

This was our first experience in using a professional carpet service. We found Ayoub Carpet Service as a result of the information sheet included with the carpet (purchased in 2011). Then we checked out their ratings on Angie's List. As a result, we called Ayoub on July 17. We were pleased they showed up the next day. Even though the condo housekeeping shampooed the rug at no cost, Ayoub took it a step further and did a detailed job and successfully removed several stained areas that the tenant was not able to identify. One stained area, in particular, required an arsenal of Ayoub's miracle products as well as a trimming of some carpet fibers. I was unable to find the stained areas when Rene and Marco completed their work. Their cleaning methods left no chemical smell or residue. We were so pleased with the results and Rene and Marco's work, that we would not hesitate to request their expertise in the future.

They did a fine job. They took the rug, cleaned it and then brought it back to me in a reasonable amount of time.

We were home during the installation and the installers, Carlos and Marcel, were very clean, courteous, and efficient. The job was completed in about three hours and they cleaned up very well after themselves. Because our townhouse didn't have a lot of work space, they precut and binded the runners ahead of time. They had to cut and bind the runner for the two split landings, which were done very nicely. After Carlos and Marcel left, we noticed nails poked through the carpet from the tack strip. I suspect this is because we chose a fairly thin carpet. We called Linda and she was very responsive and wanted us to be happy with their work. Carlos and Marcel were on to their next job, but Linda was able to send someone over the next day. The gentleman spent about two hours smoothing the nails over. He was never critical of our sensitive nature and completed the job with high marks.

We found the staff to be very easy to work with and knowledgeable. The representative was on time for the appointment, and provided a very quick turnaround on the estimate, which he emailed to us. We really liked the company, but the estimate was more than we wanted to spend on this project, so we ended up using another highly rated provider. They would be among our top choices for future flooring projects though.

Both the pick-up crew and the return crew were very competent in handling the furniture and the rugs. Some of my furniture is hand-made and therefor very treasured. They handled everything with care.

Easy to work with the carpet consultant who was responsive to questions and helped us stay close to our budget. Installation went smoothly and we've been happy with the quality of the product and installation.

The crews were perfect. They were quick but careful, cleaning 11 chairs, a sofa, and 2 rooms of carpet in 4 hours. They answered all my questions. They were not the cheapest,nor the most expensive , but gave us the best value overall. As for the office staff, I can't say enough good things about my experiences with Nanci. Friendly, knowledgeable. always kept my needs in mind. She saved me money. She was flexible with my scheduling and rescheduling.

The did a great job in a timely way, removing pet stains and odors. Nice work!

Oh my goodness these guys are good. They came on time and spent the first half hour pre-treating my rugs. They have done an amazing job cleaning the rugs. They may be a little more than some of the rug companies, but they are worth it!

We have a small dog and the carpets were badly stained. Ayoub was able to get nearly all of the stains out and the carpets look almost new! As testament to the excellent job is that we got our full deposit back from our landlord. This is the third time we have used their services and they have always done an excellent job. They are always punctual and polite. For the great job they do, their prices are well justified. No complaints!

ACS replaced my tack strips and old padding and reinstalled my carpets in the basement after a waterproofing job. Since they weren't able to nail the tack strips into the ground because of the thin cement around the perimeter from the waterproofing they glued down the tack strips. They then waited 24 hours for the glue to dry and then finished the job in a timely manner. I also got my carpets cleaned the day after installation. They did a great job and even got out some stains that I thought would never come out.

Everyone I made contact with from the scheduler to the guys who cleaned the carpet were very professional. The two guys that came to clean were very polite, well spoken and worked extremely hard. They described exactly what they were going to do and how long they would be and went to work. Very Happy with the result and would use them again without hesitation

Ayoub carpet services arrived at the tail end of the 11-2 window .calling at 1:40 and arriving 45 minutes later. Not happy with that since I scheduled my day around the 11-2 time frame. BUT the technicians were professional and competent and did an outstanding job of making my carpets look like new Thank you I always call on and can depend on Ayoub for outstanding service. thank you

I have used their service twice previously. Scheduling and punctuality were both was very good today. They did an excellent job. I had wished they would have confirmed the appointment the day before. They were fine with moving furniture. Their prices are on the higher end.

Outstanding! Ayoub crew is courteous, professional, friendly, knowkedgeable. Picked up all carpets to be cleaned, repaierd one free of charge, and returned carpets and laid them down to our specifications; moved necessary furniture, were careful with household items when doing their work. Simply OUTSTANDING. As a small business owner and a 21 year Marine, I apprciate great service when I get it and I got the best service possible from this amazing company. Ayoub was great. Ryan came out on time. brought samples with different price ranges. Took measurements same day. Work was completed within half a day. Paid half first, paid remainder after completion

The carpet as returned to us was in excellent condition - the damage from our pet had been completely removed, including the patched edge of the carpet where he had chewed. We were very pleased with the product. The one issue we had with the company was communication about the cost of the repairs. When I initially called, I was told that the cleaning could be done for $100 based on the size of the rug, and was charged half for a deposit. The company representative also told me that Ayoub would apply protectant and sanitize the rug, but did not mention that these were additional $25 fees (I had thought this was included in the $100). The representative also said Ayoub could pickup/drop off the carpet, which was very helpful, but did not mention this was an additional $10 charge. I was therefore surprised when a different company rep called me to schedule a drop-off of the carpet a week later, and read me a much higher balance than I believed I owed. When I complained the company gave me a 20% discount on the cleaning, but the discount did not come close to the additional $60 that I was not quoted at the outset. The folks who came to pick up and drop off the carpet were very courteous and gave about half an hour notice before arriving, which we appreciated.
