Ayoub did an excellent job in cleaning my wall to wall carpet for my townhouse. The techs were very professional and respectful. They were very pleasant to work with. I have used other cleaning services but have always been unsatisfied. This is the best job that I have ever had done and my carpets look wonderful! It is a little on the expensive side but well worth it. And they didn't try and "upsell" me...Will and Carlos did a great job!

It went well! The two servicemen were professional, responsive and thorough. I was really pleased with their work and they made my sofa look like new. I would definitely use Ayoub again.

The service persons were responsive by phone at initial contact. The men who picked up the carpets were professional, efficient, helpful and very pleasant. The carpets were picked up when promised, beautifully cleaned and returned within the specified timeframe. The delivery men helped move my furniture and re-lay the large carpet which I could not have done alone. They were very helpful. The price was commensurate with the service provided and I will certainly them again.

The rug was clean and so much brighter. Work was done on time. They assisted with loading and unloading the carpet. We were more than pleased! Highly recommend!

My carpets had not been cleaned for a long time and I was impressed at how good they looked after the cleaning was done. I had been told they might need to come back and reclean an area where my old and ill cat had been urinating and they happily came back for a second cleaning. I definitely recommend this company and plan to buy new carpeting from them later this year.

I took the carpet to their facility. As far as I can tell the job was done. The carpet appears to be clean. I do not recall the charge for the cleaning - except that it was not excessive.

First, I have 16 year old white carpets, three teenagers, and a messy dog - and my carpets look fine. This is the only company I have used during the 16 years since we built the house. It is very easy to work with this company. I called for an appointment, got my chosen time slot. They show up on time and call before they arrive. When they arrive, they discuss the job and look at any stains etc., to determine their nature. They always wear booties over their shoes when on the carpet. They treat the stains, move the furniture (if desired) and clean the carpet. They put the furniture back with plastic squares/foam blocks under each piece/leg. Then they give you a bottle of spot remover and explain how to use it and follow up care. All in all - a pleasant experience with excellent results.

The first crew came on 7/29/2014. Steuart Frye and Jose Contreras they were very professional, clean neat friendly and informative. Second crew came on 7/31/2014 to clean carpet. Marcos Cano Alva and Rene Isleno again neat, clean friendly and very informative answered every question I asked. I was very impressed they were running about 15 minutes late from other job and called to let me know and called again to let me know when they would arrive an they were here right at the time they said. The cost was for both the padding replacement and the carpet cleaning. I will definitely use them again and will recommend them to family and friends.

With the afore-mentioned hiccups, all went well.... The "winter rugs" are ready now for winter and the other rugs will be stored in my closets, as usual. Considering this is a manual labor-intensive job, I consider it a bargain.

They are prompt and very courteous. They are timely and they do a real nice job. When they have their coupon their price is wonderful but when they don't they are expensive. My sister and I both use them and she thought they were reasonable.

We went to their show room and chose samples. They were helpful and pleasant at the time. My husband called them two times to schedule carpet installation but they did not return his calls. Not sure why because we needed three rooms of carpet installed so this should have been a decent job for them. Not a terrible experience but strange that they did not call us back!

Cleaning was beautiful although two spots could not be removed. However, we're satisfied with the results. We also purchased a pad from them for this rug and it's very high quality. We would definitely use this service again..

I purchased a Big Deal, but they said they didn't service my zip code, so I got a refund.

Professional, clear explanation of outcomes and reasons for actions. We had to remove part of an heirloom carpet that had suffered water damage.

On time, under estimate; they moved all the furniture and repositioned it, the carpets had take a beating from aging pets but it didn't show when they 'came home' .

It required them to move heavy furniture. My floors are extremely uneven but they were able to stretch the carpet so that you don't see or feel the unevenness so much.They did a fantastic job and the guys were very professional and they got the job done in a timely manner. They put the furniture back in place and cleaned up the area.

The carpets were sparkling clean when they delivered and re-laid the carpets. The service included special cleaning of pet stain areas. They smelled fresh and looked brand new.

I told them what the problem was and they gave me an estimate. They did the work for that exact cost with no additional charges. They picked up the rugs to clean them then brought them back. I’d tell a friend or family member to have high expectations and they will meet them. When they picked up the rugs, they only picked up two of the three rugs by mistake and after telling them, they came out quickly to pick up the last rug for me and were apologetic and gracious about the mistake. Their customer service is great. Overall, it was a great experience.

Great job, super nice to work with, knowledgeable and although this was not a high dollar job they treated us as if we were a valued customer!

The company did an excellent job, and since then I have had 7 other rugs done by this company. It is extememly nice they come and pick up the carpets and then deliver them once they are finished. Im going to continue to use Ayoub carpet service and I wouldnt ever want to use anybody else.

I have used ACS for over 7 years. They are always on time, professional and do a great job. If there is a stain they are unable to remove they make sure to let you know so you don't find it later and have to question it. I highly recommend them and intend to use them again in the future.
