Ayoub Carpet Service

I reviewed on AL they had excellent grades. They had a coupon which made the transaction very affordable much more than other companies I considered. We arranged a date for pick up--they were very friendly on time and professional. The job was completed exactly in two weeks as promised and delivered to our door and rugs were placed down for us which was very helpful as it is a large rug for a small room with furniture. Again, I must state every encounter from initial arranging on the phone from final delivery and placement was very professional. Communication is excellent, the rugs were picked up and returned very clean and soft. This company wants your business and it shows.

Employee came out to assess my hardwood floors. He didn't think the "rejuvenation" would make a difference on my floors but offered to resand/finish. Price came back much higher compared to other deals being offered on Angie's List to resend/finish. I don't think I'll be using Ayoub to do this service and would like a refund for the original $275. Thank you.

Carpet hadn't cleaned for quite some time. Carpets look like new now.The 2 Service Techs were very professional. Have always been happy with Ayoub, however the Sales Staff had problems with their pofessionalism and their Price Quotes.

I've used ACS for years for carpet and upholstery cleaning and have always been completely satisfied with their service. Most recently they cleaned my dining room oriental carpet (Angie's List coupon -- bonus!) and replaced the carpet pad. They came when they said they would, both for pickup and delivery, and they were friendly and professional. They are a full-service company -- they moved the dining room table and chairs to put the carpet back in its place, centered the table under the chandelier, and replaced the chairs. The carpets are always thoroughly cleaned and the price is right. I wouldn't think of using any other carpet cleaning company.

Pickup and drop-off arrived on time. Professional 2-person team collected rugs and brought them back. When we rolled out the rug, it was clean and dry...great job. Price is hard to beat. Will definitely use them again.

I purchased this coupon for Montgomery county Maryland which is listed as the service area. Really the service area is Bethesda no farther north. Head to get a refund.

overall it went fine. the problem came with communication from the office. I am writing this many months after so i don't recall all of the details. I recall thought that the girl from the office told me that the carpet cleaners would be here on a certain day. AFter waiting all morning for them to show up, I called the office and the gentleman who answered told me that he was sorry but the people would not be picking up the carpets that day. they would be tomorrow and said the girl was supposed to call me and tell me this, but it did not happen. I don't fault them, people mess up.

Ayoub does every thing to perfection. All workers are professional. The telephone rep (Linda?) is friendly and extremely helpful in getting you the right price for the service you need. Have used before. Will use again, and will continue to recommend to friends.

Went very well...not much to say...which is GOOD!

Ayoub was terrific. Very easy process. They came to our house, picked up the rugs, and returned them clean and in great condition. They even put the rugs back in place, which I didn't expect. Loved that we could schedule via e-mail too, since it's hard for me to get to a phone for personal stuff between 9-5.

Great job. When we didn't hear from them in 2 weeks, we called and inquired. They set up an appointment to deliver that Saturday. The rugs look great. My husband was very impressed, and he's difficult to please.

It was great - we hadn't had our carpets or sofa cleaned for a long time and ACS was able to get a lot (if not all) of the ground-in dirt out. My house smelled fresher for weeks to come. They weren't able to get a stain out of a chair, but we had expected that to be case because we think the color ran.

Mark & Ryan did a fantastic job removing all the stain. The carpets were as good as new. Very Professional and courteous. I would highly recommend their services.

Like another reviewer, I lived with huge rolls in my carpet for years. I had earlier brought in Fairfax Carpet who told me that it would cost me as much to stretch the carpet as it would to replace the carpet. Hmmm. I doubt very much that Fairfax Carpet would have replaced my carpet for $175 ... Ayoub provided me with a ballpark estimate based on their terms - I think there was a visit charge, and then so much an hour, and it might take x number of hours. They would come to give an estimate and be prepared to do the work if I agreed to the price. Extremely efficient. Extremely well-priced. The two gentlemen were extremely prompt and courteous and obviously extremely skilled. I would not hesitate to use ACS again and recommend them very highly.

Both pick up and delivery personnel were prompt and very courteous. They moved furniture and laid the rugs upon completion. Although we opted to add stain treatment and protection treatment to one, that added $160 to the job. Still, the job was well done by the company and I would use them again.

Carpets look great. I dropped them off at the store in Falls Church. They told me it was a busy season for them and the cleaning would take about 2 weeks which was fine for me. They carpets were ready right on time. There was a little mix up on the fee as I had bought an Angie's list deal and when the carpets were delivered there was a charge slip I was asked to sign. I did not sign it and spoke to someone in the office and the issue was quickly resolved.

My carpets were a disaster. My dog had several flair ups of inflammatory bowel disease, my cat has a sensitive stomach vomits, I drag in mud from the barn where my horse is, and I don't really like to vacuum. I've used Ayoub 4 times and every time they have gotten the carpets cleaner than I would have believed possible. They are always on time, the technicians are always polite and they are very careful with my furniture.

The technicians arrived within the timeframe given and the work was completed efficiently and thoroughly. they moved the necessary furnature and used protective blocks under it when they returned it to its proper location. the technicians were very polite and explained the services before starting the work. I used the deal from Angies list that gave me $400 of services for $250 and they even added some carpet protection to my list to bring it up to the $400 I was entitled to. Very pleased with it, will definately use them again.

They were fantastic. We called them on a Friday at 4 in the afternoon to see if they can come on a Saturday noon. They were able to call a worker on his day off. We had an emergency come up, we had a family coming that we didn't know about. These people came at 11 and by 2 they were out. They did a fabulous job. The carpets were actually clean. They did a fantastic job. We got a very ill kitty and the carpets were really bad because she throws up three to five times a day. They got 99% of the spot. On top of that, we only asked them to do the living room and two separate beds for $250 but they said that they were running a special on Angie's List so they offered us to do the whole house for the same price. They helped us out with that. It was amazing. It was three more bedrooms but it was like half because we were not moving the furniture; just go around the bed. It worked out really great. We were really pleased.

The cleaning went well as always. I have used them a number of times prior to this Big Deal purchase. Their work is superb and I wouldn't take my rugs anywhere.

We just purchased a house and wanted to have the carpets cleaned before we moved in, as the previous owners had a cat. ACS was very professional on the phone when I called to make the initial appointment, and responsive when I called a few days later to change the date due to a scheduling conflict. On the day of the appointment, their technicians called 30 minutes before they planned to arrive and showed up exactly when they said they would, squarely in the middle of the 4-hour time window they had given me over the phone when I made the appointment. They were polite and professional and got the job done in under 2 hours, and they were careful not to let their equipment drip on my newly-refinished hardwood floors. They did try to sell me on a couple of additional services when they first arrived, but when I said no thanks, they didn't push it. I can't speak to how they would treat furniture, since the house was empty when they cleaned the carpets, but given how careful they were with our new floors, I suspect they would take equal care with furniture. Overall, it was a pleasant experience and I would hire them again.
