found the Angie's list Big Deal. Appointment scheduled with ease and fit my schedule. They provided a quote over the phone based upon my description of the job. When the technician arrived to clean he confirmed the quote and conducted the job. Very professional company. They did a great job. All went smoothly.

Fantastic! This is clearly a very professional company! I contacted them originally by email, and was promptly contacted back by phone by Ryan of their carpet cleaning/repair group. I explained that I had an oriental rug which had been significantly damaged by pets and by improper storage. Unlike the first company I contacted who (without seeing the rug) basically said "pay me about $500 to clean it, and probably some additional costs to soak it to treat the stains, then you can discuss with repair folks", Ryan said that he needed to see the rug to determine what was the best course of action, if any. He offered to have it picked up at my house, but (foolishly given its weight) my wife and I took it to the Ayoub facility in Chantilly VA. We met with Ryan, who examined the rug and gave us a very honest assessment of its condition and its chances of being brought back to any type of usable condition. This assessment factored in the highly damaged condition of the rug, as well as the fact that the market for purchasing rugs is relatively soft (cheap) right now. In the end, it came down to whether they rug had enough sentimental value to attempt cleaning it, especially given the assessment that it would most likely remain in a degraded condition visually and probably subject to easy future damage. We decided not to do the work. Ryan could have easily swayed us with promises of "it'll be better" or "let's see what we can do and we'll return your rug to very nice condition", but rather he was honest and above-board. Further, he went on to teach my wife and myself a great deal about oriental rugs, knowledge which we will use in the future as we decide whether to get an oriental rug for our dining room when remodeled, and also when we need future cleaning. There is no doubt in my mind, that any future dealing I have regarding oriental rugs, and especially regarding their cleaning and/or repair, will be with Ayoub! PS - I marked "A" for price, even though I did not have work performed, since (a) they didn't start out with "we'll clean your rug for $500 and then go from there" and (b) they didn't charge for the evaluation which took at least an hour of Ryan's time. Further, if we had chosen to have the initial cleaning performed, the price which Ryan identified was significantly less then the "other company" I contacted previously.

Done on time and expertly. I have also used this company to clean my wall to wall carpeting in my home and they are excellent. They left me with a bottle of "Spot Out" which is a miracle solution. I recently stopped by to purchase more "Spot Out" and they gave it to me. They said it was free for their customers. We have been using Ayoub for all our carpet cleaning needs for several years and they are always exceptional thorough and professional and provide excellent service

From start to finish they arranged all service details within a few days of the request a time that was convenient for me. They were able to provide a very competitive price without cutting any corners on the service. Their call is always answered by a real person, who is able to accommodate any and all requests while providing quotes and assurances of all services and quality, which later even exceeded all verbal assurances, imagine that. :) The service was excellent the carpeting was cleaned exquisitely, corner to corner, addressing all aspects without sparing any details. They did not leave an inch incomplete, and there carpet cleaning on stairs was beyond that of any other Steam Cleaning Service I have ever seen. I have used the other top names in the past, Stanley Steemer, Sears, and others, however this was the best is providing quick and affordable services, great service consulting (NANCY!), and the superb services and attention to detail. I will recommended all colleagues, friends, and family to reach out to ACS for any carpet and/or upholstery cleaning services. Thanks ACS for provide excellent service and I look forward to working with Nancy, ACS, and the same techs in the future.

Well. They picked up, they cleaned and they delivered. Rugs look and smell great again. The delivery men were very considerate and helped me place the rugs where I needed them again.

Professional, prompt and completed job as required.

Everything went well. We did pay additional fees, since we had them do our entire house.

I wish I had more time to provide granular details but I don't. Try them - you will not be disappointed. I will never use another carpet service other than Ayoub again!!

It went well. My only complaint is that it look over a month for the job to be completed and the rugs returned.

I am a repeat Ayoub customer. They were very accommodating and bent over backwards to address my special needs. They are always prompt and respectful, eminently professional. I really appreciate that they provide a rug-cleaning kit and tips as part of the service.

We were very pleased. In addition to the cleaning, protectant and pad, they picked up and delivered the rugs for us at no additional charge. They also laid the rugs down for us when they were returned. Most importantly, We wanted the rugs back in time for Thanksgiving. We were assured that that was possible and they did not disappoint us. The rugs were back two days before Thanksgiving. (We were also told that we called on the last day possible for guaranteed Pre-Thanksgiving delivery. So, we were cutting it close, but they were very upfront about everything, including how to get and use the Angie's List coupon). No complaints.

Hector and Mercedes called ahead to let me know that they were on the way, and Hector was extremely thorough. They provided me with a timeframe and ended up finishing early, which was great! I would definitely recommend using them.

I would highly recommend Ayoub Cleaning Services every time. They have done work for me over the years and this year I took advantage of the two for one deal and was extremely satisfied. They took out deep stains and refreshed the rug so that it looked brand new. Thank you, Ayoub, for helping create a beautiful home.

ACS showed up on time and was very professional. They were very thorough in making sure they addressed all of my concerns. One of our rooms had some pet stains which came up as they were cleaning. They warned us that it may get worse and that if we let them know by Wednesday (they cleaned on a Monday) they may be able to come and replace the carpet if need be to prepare for our open house that Sunday. Unfortunately, the carpet in one room did need to be replaced. ACS was fantastic! They worked with us and provided us with a similar, in stock carpet to replace the old carpet. They showed up on Friday and the install team was fantastic! They replaced the carpet very quickly and it looked great. They were wonderful to work with! I cannot recommend them enough. Their customer service was fantastic, and I would definitely use them again. I have recommended them to all of our friends/family looking for carpet cleaning and/or replacement.

They were prompt and respectful and the cleaning was thorough.

Service was done professionally

Ayoub did an excellent job; the carpet looks wonderful, and the smell is gone (serious sick doggy accident). The two men who picked up and delivered the carpet insisted on moving the furniture for me. When the carpet was returned they went out of their way to be certain that the carpet was placed so that the medallion in its center was centered exactly in front of the couch, where it should be. I also appreciated that Ayoub managed to return the carpet sooner than originally estimated because they knew I wanted to start setting up and decorating our Christmas tree in early December. That was most thoughtful. And all the people who work there are warm and kind. I wouldn't use anyone else.

Very well,but they are expensive

They did an excellent job. They came to pick up the carpet and were on time and very professional. When I went to the shop to pay for the cleaning service and asked about the process they used for cleaning, the sales man was very nice and took me on a tour of the area where they clean the carpets and explained the process to me. I really appreciated that. I have already recommended this company to my friends and colleagues who also have carpets that must need cleaning by now. Am considering using this company to clean the carpets in the house. Hope this service is as good as the carpet/rug cleaning was.

Service and installation were excellent. Salesman Lou Cook was very knowledgeable and professional. i would highly recommend this company for carpet and hardwood floors.

I cannot express how happy I am. Everyone I dealt with was professional and courteous. I have another rug that I thought was beyond hope and I was going to get rid of, but now I am thinking about giving them a try.

They arrived on time and were good workers. Ayoub gets the carpets cleaner than other companies I have used in the past. They are able to get out spots that other companies couldn't. It is a little on the pricey side but the result always makes me think it's worth the price.
