Marco and Rene did a stellar job cleaning up stains in my carpet. They were also polite and professional. In addition, the woman who scheduled the appointment went above and beyond to accommodate my schedule on short notice. Excellent experience all around.

They were very very professional, very careful with everything in our home, They didn't let me lift a finger -- removed the furniture over the rugs, rolled the rugs up, put the furniture back in place. They returned spotless, and I feel comfortable having my 9-month old crawl all over it :-)

They did an excellent job. They were on-time, thorough, and friendly. They worked around my packing and other contractors who were here (it was not the plan to have that happen!). Ayoub is prompt and professional. You get what you pay for. Our rug does need repair and an estimate of over $700 was offered for securing the rug edges and replacing wool. I declined that work for now.

I paid $250 for &400 worth of carpet cleaning. Two guys showed up on time and were very efficient and friendly. My carpets look great. I wasn't expecting much from the master bedroom carpet since it is old but it turned out so wll that I've put off replacing it. I will definitely use them again.

The carpet were so perfect. They were beautiful. I sold them at our garage sale here in the building because I changed everything. Everything is new and different now, but they did a beautiful job in cleaning them. So, the people that bought them didn't have to do anything. It was a special, of two carpets for $239 and that's the reason I took the deal. They picked up and delivered at the time that they said they would. For what they did for me was perfect. I would probably not use them again because I put in wood floors. The carpets I have in here now are small enough and they don't require that kind of cleaning.

The service was excellent! Our carpets looked brand new when the work was done and, amazingly it only took a few hours. We'll definitely use them again.

I have been using Ayoub for at least fifteen years. Never once have I had to be concerned about overly saturated carpeting or rugs. And, their cleaning services for my upholstered furniture pieces has extended the life of the furniture significantly. They have been able to keep the upholstery in top notch shaped with their cleaning and Scotchgard services.

Jay and Hose were here today. They called about 15 minutes before that arrived. Upon arrival Jay went through all the details with us and after measuring the rugs he gave us more accurate price, which was lower then what we were told before. Since they didn't have to take the rugs to the shop, the price was lower. They worked very efficiently, Jay answered all my questions. I was very happy with the service. Will definitely use their services again.

These folks are the real deal -- true professionals: 1. Nancy booked me an appointment for the next day over the phone, she was super nice and polite. 2. Rene and Marco showed up with really friendly and positive attitudes. They didn't cut corners, explained everything, did a real sq ft estimate, and didn't pressure me to purchase more work. They gave me facts and options and let me make a decision without hassle. 3. Once we settled on the work and price, these men got to work. They busted their tails for two hours. Really impressive. 4. Before they finished they walked me through and explained every stain that couldn't come out. I had furniture varnish stains, they looked cleaner and less obvious after the work, but were still slightly visible. Rene and Marco completely removed about 20 other stains, no joke. IT LOOKS LIKE BRAND NEW CARPET, and I hadn't had a professional cleaning in probably over 3 years. 5. I used a Angie's coupon, for $400 dollars of work for only $250. But the total work was worth $540, so I ended up paying $390 with the coupons. I wish I was more eloquent to explain how wonderful this experience was with Ayoub. THANKS! I used them because they take very careful care of your oriental rugs. They do a great job. There customer service is outstanding.

A very big job hardwood floor refinishing and extending with some intricate work required on the stairs. The AYOUB team worked long days to get it finished ASAP and regularly sought our feedback, allowing us to "tweak" the finishing touches to meet our needs. Good job.

They did excellent work and used the pet enzyme cleaner. I purchased the Big Deal to save money. The cost turned out to be inline with other estimates I received.

They are wonderful! I am regular customer of theirs! They also have done my ceramic tiles! They are fantastic- I can't say enough wonderful things! They sometimes even run specials where they come and pick up the items for you.

In response to my initial concerns about their cleaning methods, this company took an extremely proactive, professional approach to explain their methods, consult with outside consultants (even a museum curator) and convince me that they had done the best they could with the ink stain on the rug. I greatly appreciated the extreme professionalism and commitment of the company in response to my questions and concerns. Ultimately, they could not remove the ink stain from the rug -- but they convinced me that they had done everything possible.

I dropped the rugs to them for cleaning. They were ready in about two weeks and I picked them up. My experience turned out fine.

They were timely in their arrival and careful in how they handled their equipment around the house. The carpet looked great after cleaning, especially the leading edge of the stair treads. They advised on not using commercial carpet cleaners and left me with a bottle of a recommended cleaner. I would us Ayoub again.

Excellent service and support. From initial contact, answering questions, scheduling, confirming apt and contact 30 min prior to arrival the customer service was excellent. Once on site confirming the work to be done, discussing stains/carpet damage & price, Ayoub Technicians put down protective tarps through the house and went to work. They were professional and friendly. The carpet cleaning was thorough and excellent! They even informed me of stubborn carpet stains they encountered. It went fairly well. The gentleman who came out did have a hard time understanding that I had already paid the $250 for the deal. They do have a minimum cost, so I also had my sofa cleaned. They did a beautiful job on my carpeting. They removed spots from my carpet that some movers previously tracked in. They did a good job on the sofa too.

Excellent. The guys who picked up and dropped off the carpet were very friendly and helpful. The carpet was well cleaned. Good quality service overall.

They sent out two people to perform the cleaning, and they finished in a relatively short amount of time. They were friendly and knowledgeable.

My wife likes them and she says they are very professional and they do a good job. They just come in and stack the various furniture and put little Styrofoam type things so that they can get underneath. They tell you not to go in for a couple of hours while its drying.
