A recent storm blew out a couple of shingles from my roof and after seeing their ad in a magazine (clipper), I gave them a call and Sandra was amazing, setting up an appointment quickly. Michael Ordonez was the guy that came in and not only replaced the shingles but also fixed some loose ones. Very professional and thorough and did not try to upsell me on anything I did not need. Took some detailed pictures of the roof too. I would highly recommend American Home Contractors.

Late in 2021, Paul came out and did a Gutter Tune-up. He called before he arrived, and was on time, professional, and very easy to work with. He spent a good amount of time working on the gutters and took MANY photos to show me what needed to be done and the results. He also took numerous photos of my roof and walked me through what he recommended be done to correct a few issues. He said it would be covered by their Roof Tune-up. I scheduled the work and once again Paul called before arriving, was on time. He did the work and showed me the after photos to explain what he had done. It was all very professional and Paul is very easy to talk with. I highly recommend American Home Contractors. A class act all the way.

Overall, we are really happy with our new roof, and it was a wonderful job. AHC replaced the entire roof, skylights and gutters and overall they did a great job. Work was completed in one day for the roof and skylights. The crew was very efficient and did a great clean up of the entire site before they left. The next day, the gutters were replaced by another crew in a half day's work and they also did a great job and clean up before they left. They also made a change I requested when we did the final walk around inspection. My only concern about the roof work is that I was not consulted about the original plywood that was replaced, at an added cost. I was home at the time but was not shown any photos of damaged plywood or given any explanation as to why this sheet was replaced, but another one next to it was not. I thought that since this was an extra cost I should have been part of that decision process.

I hired American Home Contractors to do my roof repair. Im an investor and run across lots of companies that run ads and come out to just do the minimum, buy the technician Isaiah was thorough and did an excellent job. He also cleaned up very good afterwards., which is a plus for me. He sent before and after pics to show me the work that had been done. I recommend this company.

Mr. Isiah was very professional. My appointment was 10:30, but Mr Isiah show up at 9:30. He did a wonderful job cleaning and tuning up my gutters. He even showed me before and after pictures on my cleaned gutter. I could tell he is a very hard working man and he likes his profession. Keep up the good work.
