There was a couple of hiccups but they were more than willing to make things right. I want to thank Tyler from AHC-V for really going above and beyond, you're a very respectable gentleman. I can say with high confidence that if there's an issue, this company will take whatever steps necessary to make things right. Most company's now days don't care about good customer service but this company still takes pride. Thank you Nick & Tyler for all you've done to help ease our concerns.

American Home Contractors were professionals from beginning to end. The ladies that scheduled the appointment with me had amazing customer service. Due to weather concerns we had to reschedule, but they made sure I was kept in the loop on when the contractor would be Coming to my home. Now in reference to the contractor/work completed: Very few times (in life) are we as customers quoted a price for a service and thatâ s it. Itâ s usually some kind of upsell tactic, or the shyster performing the service does the bare minimum and tells you something along the lines of: â well in order to get our â Eliteâ service you have to pay XYZâ this was NOT the case with American Home Contractors and their roof/gutter technician Austin Bunnell. Austin Bunnell is one of the most professional and efficient contractors period!! From the moment he arrived at my home, he was courteous, kind, and polite. He not only repaired my roofing problems, but he went the extra mile in addressing other concerns as he noticed them. He inspected my attic and was able to identify something Iâ ve been curious about for some months now. But what surprised me was that after he really outdid himself and addressed my concerns, he genuinely asked me: Is there ANYTHING else you need assistance with? That may seem small to most people, but in todays society where contractors want to just get the work done and leave without following up with you, Austinâ s question (in my opinion) exemplified great customer service and professionalism. He should be commended for being a great employee and American Home Contractors are lucky to have him on their staff. Overall Iâ m in awe of American Home Contractors. Hire them!!!!

Fantastic overall experience with their â roof tune upâ service. Mr. Bunnell was very professional, pleasant to interact with, and did a very good job.

Not the least expensive but close. I selected them because I liked the gutter screens better. Very happy with speed and quality. They did the job within ten days of contract. They showed up on time and did the job as specified. Clean up was pretty good considering how much my landscaping is "overgrown". I found very little debris from the removal. I had most of my drains connected to extensions and they reestablished all of them. Overall I am VERY satisfied with the work and product.

It was for gutter cleaning. Mr Bonilla called prior to arriving , was prompt and preformed the job seamlessly. We received the photos of my roof and knew exactly what had been done. We will call again.

Freddy and Hugo showed up promptly, did the job way faster than I expected (and did it well). They were polite, charged exactly what we expected, cleaned up any debris on the ground from cleaning our gutters, and immediately sent us a receipt with 20-30 pictures of the work so we could see it was done to our satisfaction. I would absolutely use this company again, especially if the rest of their employees are like Hugo and Fred.

An exceptional experience in all aspects. One of the best interactions I have ever had with any company. Contacted them to do what I thought was just some shingle repairs. The technician examined the roof and determined it was severely damaged and needed to be removed and replaced. Contacted my insurance company who reviewed the photos and other documentation and agreed that a new roof was needed. The crew came out as scheduled and in one day totally removed the old roof down to the bare wood and installed a much superior roof. This was over 3000 square feet of roof. Crew was very efficient and almost zero debris left after they were done cleaning up. I would hire them again in an instant.

Hugo was great from the start to finish. He showed up on time and called beforehand. He listened to my concerns and took photos of the roof before. Afterwards he took time to show the repairs and give advice on how to extend the life of my roof. Great professional and person overall!

I had them perform two services - 1. They did the Roof Tune-up service they offer and fixed several minor issues resulting from their inspection 2. They installed two new attic fans, a new ridge vent, and two new roof exhaust boots to exhaust our fans from bathroom remodels. They were courteous, professional, timely, and they did excellent work! My special thanks to Hugo, the technician that did the work. He worked on our roof on a 100-degree day, and the temperature didn't seem to slow him down.

I was very impressed when I had them come out to evaluate my roof and the in-depth, thorough feedback I received from Hugo their technician. I appreciated the level of detail he provided in so that I could get a full understanding of what was going on with my roof and gutters. I was so impressed that I hired them to take care of the repairs. Overall very happy with job and feedback from Hugo and the evaluation pictures and assessment paperwork that was included when the job was completed. I would definitely use them again for a similar job. Thank you.
