The team was fantastic from Alex to the installers. They were in and out in a little over 2 hours full install and removal. The guys were very knowledgeable, and very honest - I had to have a board replaced and it was done very quickly, and Alex called to confirm that I had authorized the replacement. AHC spent over an hour with me explaining the products, warranty and answered all of my questions. They were not the cheapest, but in my opinion it was the best choice and no move overflow or stopped up gutters! THANK YOU!

They are professional, honest, and understand the meaning of customer service, explained process and options and very informative without the need for hard sell. I used my Groupon for this service. Melvin arrived on time and explained he would be expecting my roof. I was concerned because I had some missing shingles that were caused by rubbing from an overgrown tree that had recently been removed. He replaced the shingles and inspected my roof and gutters. He showed me all the pictures of my roof and said my roof was in great shape. I would definitely recommend this company; and I was very pleased with the service!

Very professional and timely.

I hired American Home Contractors to do a gutter clean up and roof inspection. Melvin Bonilla was my repairman. He was professional and polite. He cleaned the gutters and repaired a damaged area. He also tightened the gutters and nailed down some flashing on the roof. American Home Services also provides pictures of the work; and I had these pictures in my email before Mr. Bonilla left. I would definitely recommend them.

Austin was very polite and onetime. He explained how he cleaned and repaired the gutters, took and sent me the pictures. Definitely worth the $125. Am talking about having the company come back and do some roof tune up as well.

Dave and Melvin were very professional. They inspected our roof and reviewed everything the saw and the repairs they made with me afterward. They also made reasonable recommendations for future work.

The roof replacement was fine, has had for a few months now and seems to hold up well with no evidence of leaks. Bought our home in April, had the roof replaced August. Workers took a small portable compressor on top of the roof during replacement. Vibration from the compressor cracked our drywall in our master bedroom (top floor of the home). We were respectful while notifying them of the issue, provided photos, etc. We were shuffled between a couple of different managers and was eventually in contact with Tyler. He flat out told us *it is not possible* for their work to have caused this damage. We saw the compressor on the roof with our own eyes! I was belittled and rerated and told they were not required to do anything, as the condition of our home was such that the drywall was not properly installed so it should not have cracked. In the end they arranged for the repair but we ended up paying half, for a problem THEY created. I understand snags and issues occur, and I would even have been okay with meeting them halfway on repairs if they could prove improper install, but to flat out be called a liar? Uncalled for.

Very knowledgeable and competitive. Did the work within a week of giving quote. Did entire roof in ONE day with a crew of 6. Looks amazing!

Melvin cleaned out the gutters of our two story house. Did quick and thorough job. Cleaned out the yard after he was done also.

The structural engineer, Paul, called to let me know he was on his way. He showed up on time. Was very professional, pointed out the minor "fixes" completed as part of the tune-up, reviewed all the photos taken, and addressed all of my questions. I will recommend American Home Contractors to my family and friends.

Technician Paul Cox was extremely thorough and professional. He arrived on time and took time to completely understand the problem and to discuss his approach to fixing the problem. He performed an attic inspection and provided pictures to document a leaking ridge vent, as well as the condition of the plywood sheathing and attic insulation. He then went up onto the roof and reset popped nails in the ridge vent, added additional nails where needed, and sealed the nail heads and seams in the ridge vent. In addition, he performed a â roof tune-upâ by sealing vent pipe flexible seals and flanges, flashing and shingles around the chimney, and made sure the screening on a ventilation fan was secure. He thoroughly documented all his work with before and after pictures, and discussed the expected life of the existing roof shingles. The work was completed efficiently and in a timely manner, and the price was as agreed prior to the work. I was very pleased with American Home Contractors in general, and with Paul Cox in particular. I would highly recommend them to my friends and neighbors.

I had a gentleman by the name of Melvin Bonilla and he was very professional and he informed me and showed me pictures of everything that needed to be done before he actually did the work. When the work was complete Melvin showed me pictures of what he repaired and also emailed the pictures. I was very impressed with his work.
